It was Gary that helped me with the process. From start to finish he was with me and made sure that all instructions were clear. I felt that the agreed upon price was appropriate. Once I had the Mac shipped, receipt and acceptance were fast and efficient. The agreed upon price was credited to my account and that was it. They know how much credit I had and Gary was there for anything that I wanted to order. With my last order which used the last of my credit, I owed a bit, about $5, and Gary was able to waive that and had free shipping. I would definitely recommend doing business with them with confidence. Gary was the one that helped me but I imagine that any of the sales folks would have the same dedication. I currently own my first pre-owned laptop from PowerMax because the staff asked about my specific personal and professional needs in a laptop. Then they gave me a price list of various pre-owned laptops with full descriptions of what each unit could\/couldn\u0027t do and what software and chips would be pre-installed---so I could make a well-informed final choice! You can even ask for advice\/help post-sale with quick Apple system software questions or go to PowerMax\u0027s pre-set forums\/blogs for answers...which can be very comforting if your computer is past the original Apple Care warranty or you couldn\u0027t get to an Apple Store soon enough. Only once in 10 years, did I have to return a PPC desktop that developed a problem during its warranty period, and it was promptly handled and returned to me. If you need a solid, pre-owned computer and buy their extended warranty--it\u0027s a trust! I have recommended PowerMax to friends, too.
