Follow-up questions and advice on set-up hand adjustments was very helpful via email. The lenses and adapter rings etc are made to a high standard of quality and precision. One was the wrong size so a replacement was sent immediately. I ordered the Xtend-a-Slide Plus, step down rings, and extra film carrier as a Christmas present for my husband. Phil Williams (CEO) called me to make sure I wanted the \u0022standard\u0022 slide carrier instead of the quick change carrier. I told Phil that I did not know which carrier my husband would prefer. After Christmas, my husband called Phil, and he sent out the quick change carrier for exchange at no extra charge (and no shipping charge either way). My husband called on Tuesday and received the exchange on Friday. "This product worked just as described. I am using it on a Canon 5D MarkII that has been converted to infrared. The use of Live View is necessary for proper focusing with all lenses, and this product makes that quite easy! Would definitely recommend!"
