I placed my order on January 13 and it arrived in Taiwan on January 22, very quick for First-Class Mail International.
I bought the Omni adapter and a set of close-up lenses for my Powershot S90, and they fit beautifully.
It is amazing how the close-up lenses improve the very limited 'macro' of the S90. Without the Omni adapter it would not have been possible to fit these on.
Customer service was also great. Before, during and after receiving the products, the vendor always replied quickly to my emailed questions.
I am a teacher; so, I carry a million things around my neck (keys, ID, misc. items). All other landyards were to abrasive and painful. I Recieved my order within two days, and am very satisfied!!
Photosolve is a very responsive company. My email sent on Sunday had a reply within two hours with complete answers to my questions. I received my complete order within three days of my Sunday order! The equipment delivered is of very high quality. It was an excellent firm to deal with. I would recommend it very highly to anyone.
Photosolve responded quickly to my email question and had my order out the same day, so my package actually arrived ahead of schedule!
AND - it's a great product. Taking pictures of slides with the Photosolve solution is far superior than scanning - in both speed and quality.
Although all correspondance on this transaction was on the internet what came through was a personal touch in ensuring I had bought the right compnents, confirmation on when they were shipped, followup to ensure they had arrived, and help on ensuring I received the right instructions on their use to get the maxium benifit from the product. I'm a happy customer.
The level of service from this company is second to none. A complete novice to photography, the CEO of photosolve no less, held my hand every step of the way. All I had to do was tell him which camera I had and what I wanted to achieve and he supplied all the info necessary. These were not short, curt responses either. He emailed everything at great length no matter how many times I asked questions.(I asked a few, I can tell you!) The speed of his responses was like something out of Star Trek. No waiting for Days on End! To top it all, when I could not locate an item he had recommended, he purchased it in the USA(without me having to ask him) at no extra cost from his supplier, and only billed me when he had received it and was ready to ship it on to me. What A GREAT Service. He keeps in touch all the way, until you tell him you have received your package. I would not dream of shopping elsewhere and I am in the UK. This company deserves an award.
What they promised, and what I received, were high quality products with which I am entirely satisfied. “Phil”, at Photosolve, exhibited a sense of personal service that pleasantly surprised me, and I had the feeling that he would have done his best to remedy the situation if anything had gone wrong. I can find nothing to complain about.
In a few weeks, I will be a repeat customer.

I was in process of creating a macro camera from an old Canon A85. I needed a lens barrel/converter and a 52mm reversing ring (with mail threads on both sides). The barrel (invoice not listed here) was ordered and shipped immediately. I mentioned to Phil in an email that all's I needed now was a 52mm reversing ring. He emailed back with a link to the ring saying, "I think I have what you need." I ordered it and the ring (invoice #00006424) arrived about three days later.
These folks are on the ball. They communicate wonderfully. They're interested in you and your needs, not just your money. Shipping is very fast. Photosolve has demonstrated an uncommon skill-set among .com businesses where there is usually no shortage of treachery and poor customer service.
I'll likely be doing business with these folks again. And, judging from my experience, no one should be afraid to.

I have been using the smaller version of the extendaview LCD viewer for a couple of years now and it really did improve my viewing. My recent purchase arrived promptly to Ireland and I look forward to using it on my little Leica. The quality is superb once more!
Absolutely Great customer service. I had a lot of questions and they were answered within 24 hours. I am a photo newbie and the info was great! I will DEFINITELY shop with this store again.
