"I will never trust this store again. Placed an order on 0/30 for an amplifier the website said was in stock. On 10/01 my credit card was charged. On 10/3 my credirt card was credited. Never did I receive an email advising the item was not being shipped. Only after I placed a phone call on 10/19 was i advised the product was out fo stock and not available...However the website still shows the amp as in stock but at a higher price. The store's customer service expalined that while they are using the exact same part number for the same part, and the same image, it is a slighly upgraded model and thus the higher price. I was advised I could reorder the amp using the original part number but would have to pay the higher price. This feels like a bait and switch tactic to me. While i gave the company the chance to make the order right during thephone conversation, by sending me the amp I ordered at the price I ordered, they declined. This review is provided so that potential buyers may make an informed decision."

"Ordered on the 25th of october, USPS 3-4 day shipping. Received email on the 2nd of nov with shipping info. 8 days between order placed and shipping info given. Now I have to wait another 3-4 days for product. Nearly 2 weeks to receive product after paying for 3-4 day shipping.
Edit: Lo and behold, it arrived today. Apparently the holdup was that one of my items was on hand, but they didn't have the right box? So they put it in a different box, gave me a 'Free Internal Antenna Booster' (proven to not work on MythBusters) and a website where I can download the instructions to the headset. At least they tried, but I would have preferred them to keep me informed and reply to the email I sent them."

"Received the Treo 600 accessories i order 8Feb this afternoon 12Feb. The best price i could find online with free shipping. Will definitely do bussiness again.

"Great Company to deal with. I placed the Order Online and followed up by calling their 800 number. The shipment reached me within 3 days and I didnt even pay a penny for the shipping."
