I was informed within 48 hours that the computer was assembled and \u0022shipped\u0022, along with a tracking number. The tracking number, however, was not recognized by FedEx the next morning, the next day, the day after...<br>After more than 24 hours of emailing and calling PcRightNow, I received no replies to confirm my shipment, whether it had not shipped, or had shipped and had \u0027slipped\u0027 through the FedEx system, or had been given an incorrect shipping number.<br>Finally, I was emailed that FedEx had not picked up my system, so it sat there for over two days.<br>As a result, it took me 9 days to receive my order - 7 days after it was supposedly \u0027shipped\u0027.<br>You\u0027re taking your chances with this vendor. "Sent me a non-functioning computer that was purchased on sale ($169 plus shipping), motherboard was completely dead, then instructed me to defraud the shipping company for insurance money when I demanded a replacement or refund even though I was well within the 30-day warranty that he offered.
His reasoning was that because it was on sale, he could not afford to take the return, even though he admitted that his policy stated otherwise."
