"After reading mixed reviews about overstockdigital.com I was very hesitant
to place an order but there good prices were really to good to pass up so I
gave them a shot I said what's the worst that could happen.

Now before I place any order I like to make sure there's an actual human
being that will answers the phone so I called on there toll free number, the
wait was about 2-3 minutes which is average the agent who answered was kind
and courteous and didn't take offense when I asked him the deal was to good
to be true.

After asking all the questions I needed to I thought it would be a good idea
to order it over the phone so I asked the agent if there was any benefit to
placing the order over the phone and he said that if I placed the order with
him that the item would ship out quicker so I did place it with the rep.

Now like some people had said he did try to sell me on a few items, but I
didn't mind that because there was an accessory that I didn't know I needed
which I needed that I didn't know about but I told him id hold off (wanted
to see if I could get a better price which I didn't so I ended up adding it
later on).

About a couple hours later I received an email with my order information,
and a UPS tracking number.

The package did come with everything they promised it would.

The only issue I did have was that they do require a signature for each
package so I had to stay home all day for UPS.

In the end I would most definitely use overstockdigital.com again because
they had the lowest price and great service.

"Even after reading several shady reviews, I went forward with purchasing a Nikon D300 about three weeks ago. After having to call and "confirm" my order, I've been patiently waiting the arrival of the camera. I finally called today to find out where my shipment was - to be told that the camera I requested was not in stock and they did not know when it would be in, perhaps 2-4 weeks?

I asked why I was never contacted, and then immediately cancelled my order. There is no transparency, honesty or clarity with this company, I do not trust them with such a big payment after they couldn't even let me know they didn't have what I ordered...unbelievable!

"This company was great from the get go cheapest price and fast shipping.
I ordered a Nikon lens from overstockdigital.com I got the lens and realized I needed way more zoom than the one I had ordered , so I called there customer service number and set up an exchange.
The lens I exchanged for arrived just as quickly as the first order I made and works great."

"I recently purchased the Canon EOS 7D camera....Logan was the representative that helped me with my purchase. He was really great! Very patient with all of my questions and he worked with me in regards to the type of photography work I do and what kind of equipment would fit for me. I am very pleased with the camera so far. I also had contact with Ron in regards to a replacement of a defective part - he was great also. Very helpful and accommodating to replacing the part. OverstockDigital.com has proven to be a very good company to work with. I will come back to them again for additional products as I need them. I have been very pleased with their service. "

"My sales person Nick was extremely helpful setting me up with the best deal and equipment for my new Nikon D7000 purchase. He was able to answer all my questions and upsold me on some items that make my camera so much nicer.

"Placed an order and got a call telling me Amex processing was down. FIVE days later got an email asking me to call to verify order. Called and they told me their Amex processing was still down and wanted another form of payment. Being wary...I pulled the plug and went with a another vendor for $10 more.

Update 1 - I was called by their customer service. They indicated they would have offered a free warranty extension (reason I like my amex), but I had already ordered from someone else. Very apologetic and offered to send a filter kit for free to make up for wasted time and possibility earning future business. I appreciate the effort to maintain a good rating. Still cannot fully endorse (as I did not have a successful transaction) - but may give them another shot in the future."

"I ordered a camera online and had some problems. I called in and spoke to Kevin and he fixed everything. If you want to order from them, I would suggest ordering on the phone. Speak to Kevin and he will shoot strait with you."

"My most recent order was for a Nikon 16-35 mm lens. There was a misunderstanding with my order at first, but they made a great effort to sort things out for me. I definitely appreciate a company works to keep their customers happy and can't wait to use my new (ultra) wide angle zoom."
