The item was shipped and arrived, but it was the WRONG item. I called, they said they cancelled the order and that FedEx would be coming the next day to pick up the incorrect item. In a few days, FedEx had not come and I got ANOTHER item from Orange Onions that was the same WRONG item. Finally got those packages sent back to them and a few days later, I get a phone call from a random person in a totally different state that said she got two random packages sent to her home, from Orange Onions, and that my name was on the packing slip! All of my personal information was on this packing slip, and I didn\u0027t even order anything else from Orange Onions! I will NEVER order from them again. I ordered a Tassimo coffee machine as a gift and learned after giving it as a gift that it was not operating properly. As I purchased it through Amazon I submitted a return request - thinking that as with Amazon that they would send me a new one without waiting for them to receive the damaged one. Well Orangeonions does not respond to your return request until after two business days. As this is a gift I don\u0027t have the luxory of waiting two business days so I called. There is absolutely no way you can talk to anyone. I don\u0027t want to go to a store and simply purchase another Tassimo as I am concerned that Orangeonions will refuse to refund me my money leaving me no choice but be stuck with an additional machine. This is beyond frustrating! Customer service needs to seriously improve with this company because I won\u0027t use them again! Needless to say, I can\u0027t get Orange Onions to respond by email or telephone to return the damn thing and get my money back. If I had wanted a used coffee maker, I could have bought one locally on craigslist and saved the shipping cost. Their ad clearly stated this was a \u0022new\u0022 item and it was so obviously not. "They sold me a "new" Tassimo coffee maker through Amazon. The unit arrived in a sealed carton but inside was a used Tassimo. There was water in the water tank, scratches and a photocopied manual. I called directly to the merchant and they told me to call Tassimo. When I refused they requested that I send 6" of the power cord. They offered to send a RMA by email but I had to call more than once to make this happen. Finally Amazon refunded my money."
