The worst seller I have ever dealt with in several years of online transactions. The product came without a box and shipping label directly attached to the product. The item received severe damage.
After emailing the company with the issue, they basically called me a liar and asked to prove that the item was not packaged properly. After emailing them several pictures showing the damaged sustained and improper shipping, they refused to respond to emails or offer a refund.
(Edit)Reply to orangeonions- The product came with the shipping label reattached to the product box. I can only assume there was some sort of mixup at the company and they had to take the label off another product box and attach it to my product instead. As someone who has shipped out products before, this happens sometimes.
I also sent the company multiple images showing the severe damage the product had received because of their mistake. Such damage would have been impossible with proper shipping. They are simply unwilling to admit their shipping department screwed up. I'm not surprised they didn't mention all the images showing the product damage.
Oh, and orangeonions should look up the definition of fraud. I wanted to return an item and get a refund as stated on their website's return policy. This is called honoring your own policy.
For an example of fraud, read three of the four reviews below to see the companies return fraud.
