"Absolutely Disgraceful, a simple order of one charger and they can't get it right, promises of refund etc made turn out to be a whole load of nothing. I have bought hobby gear online for 10 yrs now and this is far and away the worst I have ever seen.

Email response is comical, if you ever do get a response, they do all they can to waste time."

"Avoid. First emailed me they out of stock on the upgraded Genius CP i ordered and askeed if i take stock heli and upgrad kit. Then emailed me that they out of stock on the kit also and i need to waight some. Then they emailed and told me i have to p[ay extra for upgraded shipping. Finaly recieved package three weeks later just to find upgrade kit missing.Now playing game "Oh we are sure we shipped it ,could you check it, could you double check it" etc. Will be filing PayPal claim shortly.

"Not exactly a bad guy, but my experience with them was a bad one. Bought 2 separate items, one came and one didn't. Customer service/support responded promptly to my emails, but kept saying they checked their system and it showed that my item was shipped. I never received my one item is the bottom line. They agreed to ship it free with my next purchase, meaning I MUST buy something for them to replace my lost item for free."
