"Everything was great. Prices are competitive and shipping rates are reasonable. Email question was answered in an hour...could not have been better! Processing and shipping was fast, fast, fast. Arrived earlier than expected and was correct. Highly recomended! "

"Do NOT order from NuLime.com.
Do you want to buy from a company that doesn't put it's telephone number on it's "Contact Us" page and email sent to them bounces back?
Do want to do business with a company that refuses returns that you send back "the wrong way" and doesn't work with you to resolve your issues? That's right... you don't.
NuLime seems to have forgotten that "the customer is always right". There a plenty of other companies with which you can do business. Choose one of the *them*."

“If an item on your order was defective why didn't you immediately submit a return claim? Why did you wait until after the ample 30 day allowable return period and then send it to the wrong address without contacting us about it?

We are available by phone and email to assist with this and would have gladly had any defective item replaced if you had simply contacted us for a return if you found they were defective.

Our contact phone number can be clearly seen on our "About Us" page and the return procedure is plainly outlined on the "Returns & Refunds Policy" page. Both of these pages are linked to at the bottom of every page on our web site. We can also be contacted by email through our online contact form which is linked to at the top AND bottom of every page on the site.

We have not received any other complaints of emails bouncing and every submission through our online contact form is stored in our database regardless of email. The only contact attempt we have from you is when you submitted a request stating you accidentally selected the wrong shipping method on 12-05-2006, which we readily changed and emailed you back stating this.

Since we have no record of you using the contact form with regards to a return, and we have not had any other issues contacting you in the past via email, we can only assume that either their is a problem with your email system or you typed out our customer service email address incorrectly.

Even if you didn't want to use our contact form, couldn't get an email to us for some reason, or didn't think to check the About Us page to get a phone number, the phone number for every business you make a credit card purchase from is located on your credit card statement next to the purchase.

We are sorry any troubles you had couldn't be resolved to your satisfaction and we will try to get up with you to resolve this.”

"I needed to find this game cheap and fast. NuLime did exactly that. NuLime had it for $30 when everywhere else had it for $40. I paid a little extra to get extra fast shipping, and I was rewarded couple days later with my wonderful package. Thanks, I will definately do business with this place again."

"I love Nulime! The product came within 2 days..faster than Netflix! I use my new laptop stand at least 3 times a week and it was cheaper than the other ones I've seen. Nulime.com is the sh*t !"

"the order came promptly. the shipping charges were a little on the high side for just a plastic small item. my husband would not have let me order it if he had known the shipping charges were so much but I ordered it for him while he was at work.
