"Okay. I decided that I would try nuLime.com out, since they had the costume that I wanted for my party I'm hosting this weekend at the cheapest price I had seen. I noticed that they had positive reviews for the most part so I took a chance. I ordered the costume last Tuesday 9/27 and included in the notes that I would need it no later than 10/7. Issues began to arise about 3 days later when I realized that the costume hadn't shipped yet. This concerned me, so I contacted nuLime's customer service and their rep Joshua B. got back to me in a quick and efficient manner, he was wonderful. Told me that it wouldn't be an issue, it was scheduled to ship that day and that it would be here by the 8th of October no problem. Unfortunately it didn't ship til the following Monday. Again Joshua B. answered me quickly telling me that he was sorry for the delay in shipping and he would help arrange a return if I needed it. So the package was arranged to arrive by tomorrow, for the most part it was looking like it was ahead of schedule for the duration of the week. HOWEVER I woke up this morning to an email telling me that the package was on a train in Kansas that had been derailed and it was now delayed. UPS is confident that I will receive it at the earliest Monday :| this doesn't work for me considering the fact that my party is tomorrow night. I'm now forced to go and buy the costume elsewhere and spend the extra money I was trying to save in my dealing's with nuLime. SO all in all my nuLime experience was a negative one, don't order from them if your on any kind of a schedule. "
