I ordered a Cuisinart Coffee maker, and didn't open it until a few weeks later (when I was going to use it for my new apartment), when I did it was damaged with a big crack in the water container and on the side. I contacted NMR and since I was past the 14 day policy - they told me to contact cuisinart since it had a "90 day warranty"....umm well it doesn't. Cuisinart states it does not even honor ANY warranties from NMR. So I have been at war with NMR for 3 weeks now trying to get my money refunded for a damaged product with a false warranty. They constantly are giving me the run around and I make sure I call them EVERY day and will call them EVERY single day until I get my money back. They have the worst customer service and the supervisors won't even speak with you! TERRIBLE! I was really upset at first when I placed my order because I decided to look at reviews after the fact which made me panic and call my bank to cancel. They told me I couldn't until I received the product so I decided to just wait and see. The quality is great and I really don't have anything bad to say. It even came a week after I purchased it with an e-mail giving me a tracking order # etc. I'm just speaking for the jewelry. I would not purchase something as expensive as an iPAD, because chances are, you're getting a knock off version, so that's not very smart to do. They are the worst company I have yet to deal with. Their canned responses with e-mails were so unbelievable, but the big red flag for me was the phone number on the credit card info from bank-non working number. I am so glad it was under 30 bucks. They have to pay someone full time wages to watch Facebook and delete all the negative comments. Maybe even 3 people so someone can watch 24\/7. I was able to get the shipping info from a customer service rep over the phone. I had a name, and an shipping address. I live in Washington, and these phones were being shipped to Michigan. Then nice lady on the phone told me that to get help with fraud, I would need to send an email. So, I did. I asked if I could cancel my order, stop it, or even just change the shipping address. I was told, repeatedly, that the info had already been sent to their supplier and that I could not cancel my order. I was then, twice, told to wait for the items to be delivered and return them for a refund. Seriously?! I asked the lady (Desiree B) how I was supposed to have the items returned when they weren't being shipped to me? Was I supposed to fly to Michigan, knock on the door, and politely ask the individual who used my card for the items so that I could return them? Of course, I got the same automated replies that made no sense. Why would she even suggest that? <br><br>This website will NOT verify your card, or the name on your account with the shipping info. They will not help you out. Their customer service is horrid. Their website it shady, and who knows where they get all of this stuff so cheaply. Please be cautious of websites like these. I ordered 2 pair of boots - the website picture made them look like UGGS (even had the tag on the back of the heal partially visible in order to make you think they were UGGs.) I called and actually spoke with a representative who assured me that they looked like UGGS and would be as they were pictured. I ordered two pairs, both in the tan color. After several emails questioning when they\u0027d actually arrive (over three weeks)they both came in completely different colors (surprise - they were not UGGs). One came as chocolate brown and the other came as a very light cream color. To make matters worse, there was no packing invoice and therefore no way to send them back without contacting their representative for another time. I still have not heard back from them. In the end, I\u0027m upset with myself for not looking for reviews prior to ordering from this website. I really wish I had done more research beforehand and saved myself the trouble :( I have finally received all of the items that I ordered and sadly I was disappointed in all of them. First I received the Holiday Pashmina scarf and while the description turns out to be accurate when I went back and read it more carefully, the picture and the title were completely deceiving. In the picture it is very clearly draping down to the waist of the woman wearing it and in reality it barely covers my shoulders. Also, it is NOT pashmina! Pashmina is a cashmere blend and this is rayon! The price + shipping was only an \u0027ok\u0027 price for what it actually was. I found better for cheaper on different sites-by no means was this a great deal. The second shipment contained the earrings I had ordered. Another case of deceptive pictures! I ordered 14k gold hoop earring that appeared to be a good size in the picture, making the price a good deal. What showed up in the mail were tiny hoops (about the diameter of a dime)-making the price (*if* they are really 14k gold) only \u0027ok\u0027. The 6mm studs were a good deal *if* they are actually 14k gold which my itching ears at the end of the day were calling into question. I cannot find a mark anywhere on either pairs of earring indicating they are really 14k gold. Lastly I ordered a camera lens coffee mug. It would be really cute but it is made pretty cheaply. The lid does not really seal well and I am anticipating leakage with the first use...alas it is a Christmas gift so I am just hoping for the best. All in all, the best I can say is that the items I got were only an \u0027ok\u0027 deal. NONE of the items were worth anywhere close to the listed original prices! I will not be buying from here again. I don\u0027t like to have to comb through item descriptions to see if I am actually getting what is pictured. I am not even going to bother to try to return anything because I am quite sure it would turn into a huge debacle. "Not a scam! I received excellent customer service and received my order within 1 week exactly and it was correct. I would recommend this site and will be shopping here again. They even recommended that I order a size up bc the product runs small and I was very happy when I received my dresses the right size! Not a lot of websites do that. "
