"No More Rack.com---AWFUL!!!!!!!!!! Had been doing ok for a while but when I started to have problems- they try to argue you to death-- it is a deliberate scam-- they offered me credits and then shut off access to my account- I am now out about 75.00 with them. They advertise ceramic knives that are painted metal, shipped me a chrome cross when I ordered black, did NOT ship me 2 other items- one of which went to Brooklyn and I live in California..these folks are pushing shitty China made crap and they are dropped shipped from the originator--they do not have the capacity or desire to adequately track or provide real resolution to issues; Truly one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with."
"Not a scam! I received excellent customer service and received my order within 1 week exactly and it was correct. I would recommend this site and will be shopping here again. They even recommended that I order a size up bc the product runs small and I was very happy when I received my dresses the right size! Not a lot of websites do that. "

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I ordered a Cuisinart Coffee maker, and didn't open it until a few weeks later (when I was going to use it for my new apartment), when I did it was damaged with a big crack in the water container and on the side. I contacted NMR and since I was past the 14 day policy - they told me to contact cuisinart since it had a "90 day warranty"....umm well it doesn't. Cuisinart states it does not even honor ANY warranties from NMR. So I have been at war with NMR for 3 weeks now trying to get my money refunded for a damaged product with a false warranty. They constantly are giving me the run around and I make sure I call them EVERY day and will call them EVERY single day until I get my money back. They have the worst customer service and the supervisors won't even speak with you! TERRIBLE! Don't waste your time and save yourself a major headache."
"I recently purchased some bracelets, about 10 of them, stainless steal, and they came out exactly what the site displayed them as. I was really upset at first when I placed my order because I decided to look at reviews after the fact which made me panic and call my bank to cancel. They told me I couldn't until I received the product so I decided to just wait and see. The quality is great and I really don't have anything bad to say. It even came a week after I purchased it with an e-mail giving me a tracking order # etc. I'm just speaking for the jewelry. I would not purchase something as expensive as an iPAD, because chances are, you're getting a knock off version, so that's not very smart to do. NoMoreRack is so far good in my book."

"I,too, wished I had double checked this site. I am fortunate, I did get a refnd, but not until I bombarded them with e-mails demanding refunds. They are the worst company I have yet to deal with. Their canned responses with e-mails were so unbelievable, but the big red flag for me was the phone number on the credit card info from bank-non working number. I am so glad it was under 30 bucks. They have to pay someone full time wages to watch Facebook and delete all the negative comments. Maybe even 3 people so someone can watch 24/7. That must be what they mean when they say customer service 24/7. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!"
"Someone stole my debit card and charged over $1500 to my account from this website. They purchased unlocked Samsung cell phones. I was able to get the shipping info from a customer service rep over the phone. I had a name, and an shipping address. I live in Washington, and these phones were being shipped to Michigan. Then nice lady on the phone told me that to get help with fraud, I would need to send an email. So, I did. I asked if I could cancel my order, stop it, or even just change the shipping address. I was told, repeatedly, that the info had already been sent to their supplier and that I could not cancel my order. I was then, twice, told to wait for the items to be delivered and return them for a refund. Seriously?! I asked the lady (Desiree B) how I was supposed to have the items returned when they weren't being shipped to me? Was I supposed to fly to Michigan, knock on the door, and politely ask the individual who used my card for the items so that I could return them? Of course, I got the same automated replies that made no sense. Why would she even suggest that?
This website will NOT verify your card, or the name on your account with the shipping info. They will not help you out. Their customer service is horrid. Their website it shady, and who knows where they get all of this stuff so cheaply. Please be cautious of websites like these. Safeguard your money, and do not support this company!"
"Horrible in customer service. They don't deliver the goods orders. Ordered boots on Syber Monday in Dec 2012 and have yet to receive the merchandise. Received a letter that said the shipment would be delayed. Never got it. Twice Customer service replied said it was shipped and provided two different tracking numbers that are not traceable. Now they want to refund my money. Do Not order from NoMoreRack they do not deliver the merchadise."
"DO NOT ORDER FROM NOMORERACK. YOU WILL REGRET IT! Stay with trusted merchants that have a proven track record. Their merchandise is very poorly made and not worth a dime. You are also in for a long wait for delivery, at least 30 days. Refunds take just as long. Do your self a favor and shop elsewhere. I don't see them lasting much longer with all the complaints. "I ordered about $250.00-$300.00 of stuff for christmas presents . I would say about 60 % of the stuff was okay. The rest I'm still trying to get credit for . Customer service is horrible. They will scam you. They do not like to give you credit back o your credit card. One thing I odered I didn't recieve. It was given the same tracking # as an item that I had ordered 2 days piror. So it looked like it was shipped and dilevered , However it was not. and I'm still trying to get a credit for this. Personally I think that was fruad. I don't think I will order from them again. Order at your own risk."
"Worst online purchase experience ever. Ordered boots 11/16/12, did not receive until December 28th (were to be Christmas gift). Not only did they send me a different style from what I ordered, they sent the wrong size, with the size on the boots crossed out and size I ordered hand written on the tag! They advertised these were $99.00 boots, with real Sherpa wool lining-NOT, I paid $16.00 and the boots might be worth half that price. Cheap-cheap-cheap-I should have known this offer was too good to be true! Won't bother sending back, not worth the cost of postage. No paperwork/receipt in the bag, I will never order from this company again!"

"I am very mad and upset. I ordered 4 7" google android tablets from nomorerack.com for my grandchildren for christmas. When the product arrived it had a European plug. I don't know if they noticed or not but i have an AMERICAN address. This should have been noted somewhere before i purchased this device. When my grandchildren (ages 6-12) powered up their tablets there were pictures of penises and vaginas all over the screen. They were all filled with pornography! Tell me how am I supposed to take these images out of my grandchildren"s minds?? I hate you nomorerack!! Obviously not a place to purchase things for children or anybody else. Don't buy from them! Buyer beware. Fraudulent. I haven't received any help with this issue. Only canned responses! RIDICULOUS! "
"WOW! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! You will do doubt be very disappointed. I should have known it was too good to be true! I ordered 2 pair of boots - the website picture made them look like UGGS (even had the tag on the back of the heal partially visible in order to make you think they were UGGs.) I called and actually spoke with a representative who assured me that they looked like UGGS and would be as they were pictured. I ordered two pairs, both in the tan color. After several emails questioning when they'd actually arrive (over three weeks)they both came in completely different colors (surprise - they were not UGGs). One came as chocolate brown and the other came as a very light cream color. To make matters worse, there was no packing invoice and therefore no way to send them back without contacting their representative for another time. I still have not heard back from them. In the end, I'm upset with myself for not looking for reviews prior to ordering from this website. It is awful!"
