"I have been a loyal NewEgg’er since 2004. With literally hundreds of purchases over the years, I have only needed to contact customer service twice. Both times my “on-hold” wait time was less than three minutes …and I was able to speak with an English-speaking human!!! On both occasions the customer service rep took care of the issue IMMEDIATELY …and in my favor.

Today was no exception; I placed an order late last night and noticed today the item now had a $30 promo code. I was somewhat reluctant to raise the issue, but figured it was worth a try. Ronnie Ramirez, the customer service rep, offered a $30 store credit …no questions …no hassle. NEWEGG ROCKS!!!!!!

Ronnie Ramirez was very professional and a delight to work with. On a scale of 1 to 5, I give him a solid 6 stars. ******

After installing my new video card I had just got from New Egg, everything was working great until I went to hook up my 2nd (VGA) monitor and realized that my DVI to VGA cable would not work with it... Totally my error in not researching the difference between DVI-A and DVI-I.
My choice at this point, buy a newer monitor that is compatible or hope that New Egg would feel sorry for my ignorance. So I called New Egg and spoke with Abbi. She understood what my dilemma was and did indeed feel sorry for me! HA! :P Not only did she send me an RMA but also waived the restocking fee and sent me a return label to send it back at their cost!! Now that's awesome service and they now have a customer for life!!
Their slogan makes sense to me now...When you know, you NewEgg!
Thanks again, Abbi! You turned my bad day into a good one :) "

"I bought a new Laptop from NewEgg on 5/17/13 - Three days later I got an email about there "Memorial Day Sale" the same Laptop was $50 cheaper. I email them and they credited the $50 to my account. I have been using them for 10 years. Why go anywhere else. Best Prices - Best Service"

"Newegg always has competitive prices, a good website for finding and comparing products, and with the will call and local returns drop-off service, their convenience is hard to beat. Their customer service is top-notch too.

I had one DIMM out of a G.SKILL Sniper Low Voltage Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-8GBSR2 go bad (hey, it happens), and processing the RMA couldn't have been easier. I originally requested a replacement, but then decided to will call a new set and change the RMA to a refund. Abbi Vivelo made it very painless to make the change.

"Had an issue with an item going on sale just after I purchased it. Tried the live chat but no response - called the next day and spoke to Ronnie Ramirez who took care of everything. I will buy form New Egg again based on the fact of such great customer service."

"I've been a newegg.com customer for over 10 years and would put newegg up against ANY of their competitive retailers any day of the week (that's how good they are). If you're on the fence about ordering let me make your decision easier for you. Just order from newegg. I have never had an issue that was resolved promptly by the newegg.com team."

"Fuggetabouit - Hands down the absolute best online retailer ever.
Geek heaven.

Just had a missing delivery issue and getting through to UPS was impossible. Newegg handled it with the utmost professionalism.

Been dealing with them for many years now & they have never let me down. Love this place.

Cudos to the rep that helped me - Claudine. She was just the best.

"I had a problem with a defective product. I had a question about the shipping and talked with Mr. George Moreno. He was very knowledgeable, answered my questions fully, and was courteous throughout the entire call. I was most impressed by the speed of which the service was handled as my concerned were solved and put to ease faster than I thought possible. I've heard others praise the customer service of Newegg.com highly and as the best of any web retailer. Today, George Moreno proved to me that he is one of the reasons why this is true."

"I really thought dealing with a return or exchange for a defective unit with any online retailer would be difficult compared to a local retail store. This is the first time I dealt with Newegg.com and there is no doubt that I will continue shopping with Newegg.com. I am really impressed with how the exchange went with the defective monitor I received. I will gladly tell my friends and family about Newegg.com."

"I purchased a new computer from Newegg and when it arrived, it was not as advertised. They accepted the return but then charged me an $85 restocking fee. I called up and spoke with a customer service rep named Abby, who was both friendly and helpful. I explained the situation and she escalated the matter. Within a few minutes she came back on the line and told me she had credited my account. Exceptional customer service. Thank you Abby"
