RMA takes time because of shipping. Expect to wait 2-5 weeks for an RMA unit. I am fairly certain big brands like Sony, Pioneer or Toshiba have similar RMA times, which is why extended warranty is sold for free exchange.”
"A horrible mistake! It's been over 2 months since I ordered a receiver and it STILL doesn't work. I sent it back. They sent it back to me in exactly the same condition. I've tried to call and see if someone could help me and I get NO RESPONSE!! DO NOT PATRONIZE THESE JERKS!!!"
