It is now a month later and they are not returning any of my messages. Despite their repeated promises of sending me a new unit it is now Aug 10 2011 almost 3 months later they have not only failed to send me a new one, they are keeping the one I already paid for that didn\u0027t work. All of their phones have been disconnected, and they don\u0027t respond to emails. That is bad business practices, fraud, definately a scam, and possibly a case of theft. I have contacted iolite head office, The Better Business Bureau, Visa, and I am now considering filing theft charges if this is not resolved.
