Not shipped as of March 22nd. Called and they said the units are shipping within 10 days of being ordered and mine would be shipped right away. Called again today, March 28th, 18 days after equipment ordered and VISA charged and they again said the equipment would be shipped \u0022later\u0022 this week. "I bought an iolite portable vaporizer with a 1 year warranty from Amazing Electronics (Vape-store on E bay). It didn't work properly so I returned it to them as instructed by them on May 24 2011. Despite their repeated promises of sending me a new unit it is now Aug 10 2011 almost 3 months later they have not only failed to send me a new one, they are keeping the one I already paid for that didn't work. All of their phones have been disconnected, and they don't respond to emails. That is bad business practices, fraud, definately a scam, and possibly a case of theft. I have contacted iolite head office, The Better Business Bureau, Visa, and I am now considering filing theft charges if this is not resolved. I want a refund from these dirtbag scam artists, *****DO NOT TRUST OR HAVE ANY BUSINESS DEALINGS WITH AMAZING ELECTRONICS!!!******"
