"They took 24 days to ship my order and it was incomplete. I could not reach them by phone so I filed a complaint with my credit card company.When I finally got hold of MyOTC by phone I was told that my card would be refunded for the product that was not shipped. They gave no transaction number or confirmation email. Unfortunately I just trusted them and waited for the refund.My credit card statement arrived, showing no refund. I called MyOTC and spoke to Sam, who said that my refund was now being refused. I'm now trying to get my credit card company to re-open the case, but it may be too late for action by them. I was duped!Find a reputable company to order from, even if it costs you a few more dollars. Dealing with MyOTC is not worth the hassle, money, or wait."
"Seller does not communicate or acknowledge any phone messages or email. Absolutely no information about if the order will arrive or timing. All calls are routed to an automated answering system. Do not order anything from these scammers."

"I ordered two items: both reported in stock on their web site.I paid using paypal.Only half the order arrived.Two phones calls and one web form later,I opened a claim with paypal.I am waiting for paypal to review the case and rule in my favor.All communications with the overseas support for MYOTCStorehas the same response from them. They are very polite but allthey said was we will invesitage and get back to you via emailin the next 24 to 48 hours. When I informed the customer service personthat I was opening a claim with paypal. He reported, please sir, waitthe 24 to 48 hours and we will contact you. Do nothing until then.I opened a claim immediately after.It's been 5 days, no email yet.Do not do business with this company."
"I wish I read feedback of other customers who dealt with those Myotcstore scamers before I placed my order for 15 items all listed as "in stock".After several e-mail requests on a status of my order received tracking number from OTC with a confirmation that complete order was shipped.2-3 days later I received a package with only 1 item out of 15 and packing list stated that complete order was shipped. I called OTC customer service right away and informed them on the shortage. I was told that they will invistigate. I said that there was nothing to investigate as the package weight was way below the weight of all items if they were shipped. My point on a weight was so "bullet proof" that customer service rep realized that I could not be fooled that easy. I was promised to ship the rest of my order in 24 hours. Day after day I'm getting the same promise but nothing is shipped. Today I was told that my other items will be shipped or I will get a refund.The issue still not resolved and based on my negative experience with OTC I'm sure that it will take a while before it's over. The best bet is to open dispute with credit card if the remainder of the order is not shipped and no refund is posted on my credit card account.I'll never buy from these scammersa againd and would not recommend anyone to try their luck."

"I ordered Vanicream items and when received I was shorted 8 bars of soap. I sent an e-mail assuming they would apologize and send me the missing bars. They said that I must not understand how to count and stated that the shipping department did not make an error. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and responded by saying I could understand how they could send 4 bars instead of 4 3 packs of bars but they insisted it was me. Totally annoyed. Went thrpough diospute with Mastercard. I am upset about how I was treated. Basically being called a liar and I am not a liar. Do NOT do business with them."
"I ordered insulin syringes from them and got the first order on time and correct product. When I re-ordered the same product, they sent me a different item than I ordered. I contacted customer support to resolve the issue and could barely understand the representative on the other end of the phone line. He had a very strong Indian accent. I had to ask him to repeat himself many times. He told me that he would have the correct product shipped overnight and to return the incorrect product with a shipping label that would be provided with the correct order. Two days later I got an e-mail stating that the order had been cancelled and I would receive a refund. I did get my refund but will not do business with them again.Great prices, but very poor customer support.Use CAUTION."
"****BEWARE**** I would give 0 stars if I could. I have been trying to get a resolution for three weeks. I ordered 2 pairs of motion sickness wristbands for my 6 year old daughter off of SEARS.com on 4/30. The item that was pictured was yellow/orange, the color that I received was army camouflage green. I sent an email directly to MYOTCSTORE on 5/5 and I never received a response. I then contacted Sears.com. Long story short, (Sears.com customer service is just as bad as MYOTCSTORE), after wasting almost 2 hours, I still haven't gotten anywhere. I finally received a call today (5/25) from Bob at MYOTCSTORE who asked me to send pics of what I received (he was extremely difficult to understand and I had to ask him to repeat himself several times). He informed me that colors vary and that the product still worked the same. I told him that the website didn't state that colors would vary and that I would have never bought them for my 6 year old daughter if I thought there was a chance she'd receive army camouflage green. He replied, "Well, I just told you". I am so infuriated. "
