Great service, very nice and patient staff. I was doubtfull at first but they have outdone all the companys I know in the UK. Even with delivery charges it was still cheaper, including a few small extras, and was delivered just 2 days after i put the order through, on a saturday.. to scotland. Im a thoroughly happy customer.

I sent my PSP in for service work USPS ground on monday, april 28th and it got to their shop late Friday. They did what I wanted them to do and shitpped it out Saturday. I received it today and boy was I delighted with the overall service. I would certainly do business with them again in the future, as well as refer my friends or anyone else interested in gaming service.

I do not have an invoice #, but I do have a tracking #. Modchipman hasnt failed me yet. They took my broke wii and fixed it without a problem. Only 55$!! Custermer support was great- they contacted me through aol instant message. how awsome is that!

I sent them my Xbox360 July 5th. After about 2-3 weeks, they told me my xbox was sent to New York for repairs since they could not do the repairs. I said fine and asked how long before they would receive and ship it back. They said 2 weeks. I waited, and waited. Then started to call them week after week. They kept telling me that someone would call me back. No one ever did. I began leaving messages on their site.

EDIT Over a month, and still no response. What is going on!? Let me know something. Either you guys send me my xbox360 or give me the money for one. Its almost 5 months that you guys have my 360!  
 
They still have not responded to me! If you are planning on doing business with them, DON'T!!!! They are very unprofessional. I guess the next step for me is to take them to court. This is ridiculous. AGAIN, GO ELSEWHERE! This is not a good site. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

My 360 has been with them since March, notice the date they decided was OK to fix, and then notice the date that it was actually sent off for repair. Couple all of those things with not proactively keeping customers apprised of their equipments status and now it appears that all methods of contacting them have been cutoff. I believe in their forum (when they were active) someone had been told that they were raided by the Dept of Homeland Security, in the big Nintendo led mod chip sting, which should have nothing to do with people who merely wanted to get their red ring issue resolved. Worst of all, Microsoft now offers a three year warranty for the red ring issue, which would have covered my machine.

I sent in my sons xbox 360 system for the 3 red light fix on February 20, 2007. Modchipman.com still have my system unfixed and they banned me from their online irc channel, since I told them that I will tell others about how they "tried" to rip me off. I say tried since I will see them in court for the price of my system and what they charged my credit card for in August. The company is actually called E.B.S. Inc. Buyer beware of this company.

I have found modchipman to be totally unresponsive and incompetent. I sent them my XBOX in May. They sent me a receipt confirmation on June 4 (see following). I have tried to call, write, email them since June 20. They promised 24-48 hour diagnosis. I still don't have the XBOX on July 11. They have been so unprofessional that I have no confidence in any diagnosis that they might have at this point. I have already paid them $19.50. I am afraid that if I don't accept their diagnosos and price, if they ever give me one, they will offer to buy the XBOX for parts and the price won't come to more than I have already paid them.  
I would NEVER send anything of value to these people. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing and no one seems to care about the customer. RIP OFF BIG TIME

I sent them my xbox 360 to be fixed for the 3 flashing red rings. They charged my credit card $26 and something to begin the fix. They said they fixed it, but I never received it. After emailing over a dozen times and going to their live support where I was treated rudely, they said they didn't fix it. After 100 days, I said mail it back to me and i will find some else to fix it. They said "we have to sort through systems to find yours". I am taking them to small claims court to get my money back for my system that they stole from me. Buyer beware of this company!!!

Shipped out fast, arrived overnight. Very satisfied with the product, an r4 flashcart. Product in perfect condition, no problems whatsoever.

I botched an install with a wiinja, talked with the owner about a repair job and sent it off. Just recieved it back a few days ago and it works great. All of the staff is extremely helpful and available to field questions on their irc channel. Thanks kfree/Loy for a great experience, will do business with again!
