"I must say this online shop is really good.
I live in El Salvador, Central America. I got my confirmation e-mail on Friday 13th (April) and got my item on Monday 16th (April). For my location i think that is really fast.
So at least from my experience i say this shop is the best in prices, shipping, and good quality products.
I recommend this shop to everyone.

"Ok so I was a bit edgy about purchasing from this site. I took a chance and ordered on the 5th of June at around 11pm. The next day at around 5-7pm, I checked my email, and got my tracking number, etc. The mail was expected to reach on the 9th, but it came a day before. It was absolutely great. The mod-chip came in a paper bag with bubble wrap inside to protect teh contents. There was no damage. I don't know wether there was supposed to be a manual with it but there wasn't. They did give me a username and password for the manuals though. After looking at the manual, I freaked because I didn't even know how to open the PS2. So after some research, I found an electrician who just installed it without any problem (and he didn't do it by the manual, but by soldering the wires to other areas). It works perfectly now, with no glitches or anything. All of my DVDs are also working. I wouldn't mind buying from this site again. Ostermann was also very helpful and answered all of my questions.

PS- If anybody is about to buy a mod-chip, please ensure that there is an electrician available to do the job, or if you're sure that you could do it. HAPPY BUYING :D

"Awesome. Simply awesome. I was hesitant from some of the negative reviews I'd read but decided to gamble, and I'm so glad I did. The delivery was quick, the product was well packed and works perfectly. Their customer support can only be "described as above and beyond". I would not hesitate to buy from this company again."

"I had an awesome experience ordering from these guys. I ordered the wrong PnP chip for my PS2 (make sure you look for the screw in the exp. bay for V4/V5/V6 to confirm what you need!!!). I emailed them professing my stupidity and asking for an RMA figuring I'd have to pony up the 15% restocking fee and mail my old stuff back. Wonder of all wonders, I got an email back that said if they could just charge an extra $5 on my card they'd send out the PnP chip I needed! They saved me time, money, and hassle. Can't ask for more than that. Thanks Ostermann! "

"Hi, my name is Federico and I´m from Argentina. I decided to buy a qoob pro chip from mod-chip.com beecause I read some reviews here and I must say I couldn´t be happier. Mr. Ostermann and the staff are really cool and responsible. They sent me the item inmediatly and it arrived one day earlier than it should´ve done. Just great. Anyone whishing to buy over the internet should do so with them. They even have some sort of special deal with UPS, so shipping fees are REALLY low and that my friend is something that benefits us! customers!. I feel so relieved that I picked them. "fast service, shipping very cheap and they responded promptly to emails. offered technical support to solve my problems, and replaced my chip when it was determained to be faulty. good e-tailer, definitely would recommend them. "

"Honestly, you'd be doing yourself wrong to even consider going through any other "mod-chip" dealer...firstoff, most of them aren't even up to date on the latest mods, which simple net searches would show to you at a glance! Secondly, I haven't seen any offer downloadable pdf support for installation...I bought the "mod" in order to play backups of games I already own...with "accident prone" kids around the house, this is the perfect way to protect your collection...It is also nice being able to play "imports", being that many of these come out 5-6 months earlier in japan and europe...Okami and Final Fantasy XII were prime examples...I bought these imports on ebay, and they work flawlessly using the mod I bought from this site...! Well, I can go on all day, but I need to leave room for other happy reviewers...Know you are in safe and caring hands with "modchip man"! I would be perfectly willing to answer any emails pertaining to this excellent service!"
