He agreed to OUR terms which says:
You can return any product within 30 days of the invoice purchase date; we do not accept any returns after 30 days - no exceptions.
Any product returned must be in resalable condition. Products returned to us in not resalable condition will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

It\u0027s a fine product if you have the skills to install it, but it has one flaw (arguably). The pull strap on the ribbon cable will fold sharply inside the case every time you insert a hard drive, no matter how you position it. After a few foldings, the strap becomes fragile and will eventually snap off, making it extremely hard to remove the hard drive from that point on. Just a warning to buyers of this product. Not the fault of mod.chip.com.<br><br>Anyways, I caved, and ordered another HDCombo, along with more items. I picked the more expensive UPS shipping option, but unfortunately they still shipped it via the slower method. I complained, but received a very fast response. Ostermann offered to either refund me the difference for the shipping I paid for and did not receive, or he offered to ship me a replacement part for my 1st HDCombo. I chose the latter. It arrived today and all is well.<br><br>In short, this is probably the best source you will find for a lot of these rare gaming-related items, and they will deal with you on a personal friendly level if anything goes wrong. "Positive Review! I placed an order on the 26th (sunday) of April. Today (May, 8, 2009) I recieved the goods. In superb shape. Total of 2 weeks.
