My business has very large storage and high LAN traffic needs and cannot afford to take chances with down time. They offer knowledgeable advice on assembling the right combination that will work for my specific needs and stand behind it 100%. I once had an issue with a defective part on one of the units, rather than wait for the manufacturers warranty to deal with it they shipped it to me while we were talking on the phone. I have recommended them countless times and will continue to do so. I appreciate all the help they offer as it has saved me time and money. The clincher is their total commitment. They shipped me a model RNRX4450 unit, which is supposed to be a 2TB model, but they had removed the 500GB drives from it and replaced them with desktop class 2TB drives, for a total of 8TB. The RNRX4420 8TB model ships with Western Digital RE4-GP 2 TB SATA hard drives, which are enterprise class drives. They shipped me the RNRX4450 unit with WD20EADS 2TB desktop class drives and tried to pass it off as a geniune RNRX4420. "Got referred to mnmsystems by manufacturer and for good reason. The experience end to end was world class. They may be low key and unpretentious but they know NAS inside and out. They even offered to fix a NAS system that I did not purchase from them, absolutely breathtaking focus on the customer. Great job!"
