I ordered a NetGear RNRX4420 ReadyNAS 2100 8TB unit from them. Their site clearly says model RNRX4420. They shipped me a model RNRX4450 unit, which is supposed to be a 2TB model, but they had removed the 500GB drives from it and replaced them with desktop class 2TB drives, for a total of 8TB. The RNRX4420 8TB model ships with Western Digital RE4-GP 2 TB SATA hard drives, which are enterprise class drives. They shipped me the RNRX4450 unit with WD20EADS 2TB desktop class drives and tried to pass it off as a geniune RNRX4420. Do NOT buy from these guys; they are classic bait-and-switch fraudsters.

This is the one time that I feel giving my 5 star rating to this merchant is something that was well deserved. I had been shopping for a personal home server for a while but with all the choices and features out there, made my search overwhelming. At the end, calling MNMsystems finally made my choice an easy one. Without rushing me and with a great knowledge base, they helped me to choose the right product for my needs. They even emailed me, as a follow up, to check for the status of the server. In today’s world of the internet, the human element has disappeared and companies like MNMsystems break from the rest to help change that perception. The two things that make this company excel from the rest are their exceptional customer service and great prices. Much kudos to MNMsystems for job well done.

So far I have ordered 2 fully-loaded NAS systems from MNM Systems. All I can say is that they exceed my expectation EVERY TIME I place an order. Their customer service is not only extremely friendly, but very knowable about the products that they sell, taking the time to ensure I get the product that best suits my needs. Their expert assembly and 48 hour burn-in ensure that the product quality is excellent. Finally, the product was shipped quickly and arrived on the date anticipated. I whole-heartedly recommend and will continue to use MNM Systems.

MNM systems have followed up and sent me without question parts needed for a repair on my Synology unit. Their attitude was get the problem resolved as quick as possible working with the best options for me not necessarily store procedure. I appreciate M.Dharsi and his willingness to make it possible. I was looking for a way to expand my storage space in my work enviroment without having to burn up my wallet in the process.. I found you guys online and ordered a Thecus N8800.. I got a call 2 days later and the tech went over every aspect on setting up this beast with me, took the time to explain the differences to me and did a 48hr burn in test.  
 
we got the system and couldn't be any happier with it.. it works great, its fast, has no issues with connecting to windows ADS domain's.. I just love it.

I was looking to buy a 4TB Readynas NV+ (with 1gb of memory), and not only did this place have the best price, but it had pretty good reviews too. As soon as I ordered the system online, I received a phone call to confirm exactly what I wanted, and how I wanted the system set up.  
 
I then received an e-mail when the 48 burn test started. I received another e-mail when it was complete. A third e-mail when it was shipped and it included a tracking number.  
 
I had the unit shipped to a friend in the US, since I live in Canada and didn't want to have to pay duty. I will post another review when I pick up the unit from my friend next week, but so far, I only have good things to say.  
 
I almost forgot - since I was having the unit shipped to a different address than my credit card, I received another phone call from mnmsystems prior to shipping to ensure that it wasn't a fraudulent transaction.  
 
Exceptional service and response time - unless this thing arrives DOA, I highly recommend the company to anyone looking for a high-end storage system with all the work taken care of for you.

I wanted to say thank you very much for the wonderful service! I have been wanting to buy a Wii for my family for a while now. It is a big purchase for us, so I have been shopping around. I purchased a Thecus N5200 NAS box from MNM Systems. It had a defective flash memory module and getting help from the manufacturer was as slow as molasses. MNM stepped in and lit a fire under the manufacturer to get me a replacement part within a few days. MNM even fronted the shipping in order to get me the part before my deadline.  
 
I would recommend MNM Systems to anyone I know!
