"If you place order, don't cancel it because they will charge you full order amount then after refund they will take 10% of your money for doing nothing except sending confirmation e-mail(s). They can not fathom the fact that other respectable businesses exist who never ever charge their customers for services not performed, frantically trying to justify their unfair practices by repeating that it's written on their web site. So what if it is?? That doesn't make it right! I stick to my original report on this company - they will charge you money for placing and later cancelling your order. It's that simple. If you still feel that you should do business with them that is up to you.Edit2:So I tried to go through their order process again and see where was this policy that they keep referring to about fees charged for cancelled orders. And indeed under their terms and conditions (small print link during the ordering process) they state that they will not charge more than 5 (!!) percent of your order for this fee: "we reserve the right to charge a modest order cancellation/re-stock fee not to exceed five (5) percent of your order total"Right next to it, small print says that this policy has not been changed since Nov 2009. Oh snap, they keep referring to 10% fee charge in all their e-mails to me. So they overcharged me for the service they did not perform even according to their own unreasonable policy. What a laughable "company". Also, don't be surprised if on your bank statement you find charge from refresh-repair.com. Who is this you ask? Apparently this site is not even active yet they are the ones charging you for Milliamp.com's "services". Shady indeed. I am really glad I never got to send my actual device to these guys. More grief avoided.Do business with them at your own risk!!"

It turned out it would only turn on when plugged into an outlet. For 7 months I had left the IPod in my drawer, never to be touched. Then I decided that the huge investment I made into it was worth repairing. I did a lot of research and then sent it to Milliamp. They did everything a great company does; they took care of my ipod and supplied me with information about every step along the way. In addition,their was a mistake on their part, quoting me 0$ instead of 19$ for the replacement of my battery. Since they had not caught it twice, they said that they would replace the battery at no expense to me, charging me only the repair evaluation fee. The IPod just arrived today and it was packaged with the utmost care and protection. These are the qualities of a great and successful company. "I received excellent service on the battery replacement of my son's iPod Touch last month (July 2012). I was on vacation in San Antonio and decided to take the iPod to the MilliAmp store myself. I opted for the Express service to pick up the iPod next day at 5 pm. I was impressed by the whole operation with frequent Emails informing me of the status of the repair. The new battery seems to be working fine: even with the Express service fee the cost was still half what Apple would charge. I will be recommending MilliAmp to all friends and coworkers who have iPods."
"I have been a fan of I-pods ever since they came out, thus I have a 10, 60 and 160 GB and because of the use and time, the batteries started so fail, once I located milliamp and contacted them I received a SUPER service from all the people guiding me to make the best choice. Also the page is super complete and has all the info anyone needs to make the best decision. I live in mexico city and was traveling to Fort Lauderdale for vacations and with the help of the personnel I was able to send them (1 day), get them repaired and tested (2 days) and receive them back (1 day) whilst on vacation. Total 4 days SUPER service. And they are like NEW!!!.I am super satisfied with the personnel, the service and the products so keep the good job."

"This is my first review I have ever done online, I first called apple and they told me to just buy a new phone since I didn't have warranty with them anymore, like I was going to buy a new phone they must be crazy! I order a charging port from milliamp.com on 07/19/2012 and got it 3 business days later which I think is pretty fast. My order came in a sealed bubble package and had everything I order in it. The instructions were simple and they posted a youtube video to demonstrate how to install it, it was a lot of help! I will definitely be using them again in the future and will spread the word to my friends and family! THANKS MILLIAMP! "
"Just to let everyone know - I have never written an online review in my life. Here it goes - I sent in my Iphone to get fixed which had a very large crack in the screen. I am so happy I chose to send my iphone to Milliamp. The legitimately walk you through every step of the way, letting you know where your phone is and what step they are at. I received e-mails to let me know where my precious baby was. I recieved a phone call because I decided to change the panelling to white, which costed $30 extra. I like that they called to make sure it was OK to charge my card. Listen, they weren't cheap - but I'd rather spend a little extra money to have someone do it right. By the way, they fixed my phone and shipped it back the same day they received it. I would recommend this place to anyone."
"My experience with Milliamp was excellent from start to finish. I needed someone to repair my daughter's ipod touch and I could have gone to Apple but they were too expensive. I might as well have paid for a new one for the amount of money that Apple wanted to repair it. I found Milliamp Repair through the internet and after reading their webpage I was very impressed and decided to send it away. I paid a very minimal price to just have their technicians evaluate the ipod thoroughly, I might add. I received updated e-mails every step of the way advising me of the status of the evaluation right through to the repair and testing stages. I am thoroughly impressed by the courteous service and the immediate reponses to e-mails that I received. I wish all companies were as efficient, courteous and pleasant to deal with.
