"1st time purchasing from Milanoo to say the least I am very disappointed. I purchased three pair of high heels for almost $200. The quality of the shoe is very cheap and reaks of spray paint ordor. One pair of shoes I purchased was badly damaged upon arrival which took about a MONTH for them to arrive. I do not recommend Milanoo to anyone and will not be purchasing any items from them ever again. What a total waste of my time and money. Please take my advice and run!I tried contacting the company via phone it's an international number. I just opened a RMA claim with them and paypal for the damage shoes. Let's see how this goes......."

"I ordered one of milanoo's formal gowns in April for a masquerade ball I will be attending in June. Apparently that wsnt enough time to custom make my dress. Instead of receiving my dress when they said it would arrive, I received it 3 weeks after that and it wasnt even finished. The dress itself is beautiful and good quality but the embellishment on the dress wasnt put on. Now I have to pay someone to put them on. Im very disappointed with their service. On the positive note, they were very quick to respond to my emails and when I told them to send me my dress ASAP, they hussled with it."

"Milanoo may have the dress you want at the price you want, but you must be sure to order weeks or months in advance. Expedited shipping of 3-5 business days may mean 3 weeks from the date you ordered the item. Customer service is not reachable via e-mail, or online chat. Unless you have a cell phone with an international phone plan, that may be your only option to receive some type of customer service. After logging in to my account five times, on different days, and setting up a new account, I had no success and received a pop-up window "...account has not been passed the verification...". The e-mail address they send in your confirmation says "do not reply to this e-mail", however in the next sentence it says "...feel free to contact us via email address ....email@example.com" (which is the same as their sender email). If you do send an email to that address, a reply is sent back in a foreign language (Chinese?). Try to find another email address on their "contact us" page and your search will end as there is no other email. Try using their online chat feature during their posted hours of operation and you'll wait 30 minutes with nothing more than "...operators are currently assisting others...". Alas, I have not received my item. I have not received a reply from Milanoo. I am requesting a full refund for the frustration, delayed delivery, and unsatisfactory customer service."

"Wow is all I can say! Everything I received came in great packaging, and it came a day before I expected it! Yay! The quality is fabulous....it is a WAY large bargin for what you pay! I thank Milanoo for this. I was skeptical to order at first and was scared of horrid quality but no people! It is great! I ordered 3 maxi dresses, a pair of black wedges, and a bathing suit! "The quality was pretty good considering it is not a well known brand. The shoes I got were very cheap and they were a decent quality, almost the same quality as shoes from Forever 21. I loved that they were cheap and also matched my size exactly. I would prefer a belt rather than a hook to do them up. The customer service was very fast, I got replies within 2 hours. "Please never buy from them. On their website. they have plenty of fake reviews. They ask people to write good reviews for them, make their own reviews, and change the number of starts people give them on reviews. A lot of their goods are counterfeit, they still stock photos of pictures from other companies and ATTEMPT to remake the goods. One BIG sign that they are a scam is that they use pictures of celebrities and famous models that wouldn't be caught working for a half-assed company in China's scan square. Just open Google images and drag their images into the search bar and you'll be able to see that they're scamming and stealing product photos. And what makes you think that the counterfeit product is even going to be a decent quality, especially with it being so cheap?Many people have had issues with them, including but not limited to, poorly made products, refusal of refunds, some people have even never received what they paid for. The workers for this company troll other websites, looking for review sites to write false reviews for themselves, and they even make fake profiles on social networking sites to give their site false praise.It is clear that milanoo is even making reviews on this site. Some people in their reviews, especially people that buy cosplay and lolita clothing, say that they love their item and call it perfect, but when they take pictures of what they purchased, many differences can be seen between the picture of the product on the site and the one that they received. Usually they have horribly shiny or wrinkled fabric, parts of the clothing are hot-glued together rather than sewn, they don't fit correctly, and many other problems. But of course they will like it because it is a bit similar to what they really wanted and paid for, so they'd rather not complain since it was so cheap. On top of that, complaining will get you nowhere with Milanoo. I canceled my order from them after finding out about their bad reputation, and even seeing the pictures for the items I was close to being scammed into buying, on the websites that really make the clothes I wanted. Luckily, I did it within 24 hours to get a full refund, because they only offer you a small percentage refunded after that, even though they most likely haven't started working on your order since people rarely get their items on time. Many people RISK being scammed and support this company just because their prices are so low, but by purchasing from them, you're allowing them to stay alive and well to potentially scam other people, even if you do buy an item that by some miracle isn't a horrid mess. At one point, I was feeling skeptical about the bad reviews I read, because I thought maybe some people just had personal vendetta against the company, but I even asked the company through customer service about their products and I was told that they do in fact replicate other stores' items and they said that the items are made by several people, so sometimes they don't come out looking exactly like the pictures because it is up to the makers (several people working on it at different times) to determine what they think an item should look like, judging by a picture they are give. Many times, they give people free items to convince them to write reviews. On their facebook fanpage, you can even clearly see people contacting them saying that they wrote a review and asking for items in exchange. BEWARE that they also have many other websites under different names but owned by milanoo. They deny many of their branches, although addresses are the same. ALSO, SERIOUS HEADS UP: Notice that most of the positive reviews on this website for them and on their own website have a lot of the same grammatical errors, lack of punctuation, etc, and they're really short and not detailed at all. The real reviews, the negative ones, are usually long and have detailed descriptions, while the fake positive ones all say "I got a ___ and it was nice, thanks milanno." They are well-known for only allowing good reviews to show up on their site.They have no problem with sending you a crappy counterfeit item months after your order was made and then denying you a refund because you're complaining too late. And then they apologize for any mistakes but keep scamming people and never resolve your problem. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM OR RISK LOSING ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY. Mind you, they are not a US based company so many of our laws against fraud and other things do not apply to them.Response to Rep's response: They also say that they've started to use some pictures of actually products that they have made on their own, and usually you can tell which are theirs and which are stolen pictures. "Milanoo's reviews are very mixed but mostly positive so I gave the company a chance anyways. I ordered a cosplay costume for an upcoming convention and after checking the arrival time I figured it would be safe. The costume was supposed to arrive today and it has not even been shipped. I have looked at the reviews once more and began thinking that perhaps I ordered it when there is a lot of demand. However, the convention season (and therefore the demand for costumes) is not until the beginning of June. After looking at the reviews I have come to the conclusion that Milanoo does not know how to handle mistakes. Either the costumer is satisfied or they are completely dissatisfied due to lack of participation by Milanoo. If there is a reason as to why the order is going to be delayed it should have been explained before the order was placed. It should not be given after the costumer complains. They also will not answer your questions. If they do (eventually) answer your questions I expect that you will not receive an answer in a long time. (Much like your order)Overall do not buy from Milanoo if you need your order to arrive on time. I cannot account for the quality of the product since I do not have it."

"Purchased 2 swimsuits from Milanoo online. Myself having a small frame and conservative needs, Milanoo offered a variety of choices while presenting trendy designs for swimwear.I am very pleased with the simplicity of the order and smooth shipment and the availability of SMALL SIZES! :PThe only CONCERN I had was that we used a coupon code for $10 off which showed up on the checkout page, but when we confirmed our payment and it went to our confirmation page, the discount was not taken. I contacted Milanoo about the invalid coupon code.They wrote back saying that they were sorry and that they currently didn't have a $10 off coupon code. So . . . they never addressed the issue of it working on one page and not going thru to the confirmation page . . . maybe technical problems? Good thing it was only $10! I found the perfect dress, and was even able to find matching shoes and purse to complete the outfit. They arrived so quickly, and I was even happier when I saw the outfit in person.
