"I ordered this dress on May 5, 2012 and I am still waiting for it. I payed for expedited shipping and it said it was suppose to be here in 18 days and that includes processing. Where is my dress?"

"I will never order another product again. The dress was an extremely cheap quality and the detail work was horrible. My dress was ripped when I got it. Also, it was delivered late, and if you're attemtping to return, don't plan on getting a speedy reply back."

"While the customer service people were always very polite and quick to respond the item I ordered, a swimsuit, did not fit despite that I had checked their size measurements to ensure that it would be ok. While I previously loved shopping the site I haven't since they informed me that I couldn't exchange or return it, because if I can't trust that I'll get my money's worth than I can't trust the company."

"It was great. I only had issues with shipping by expected date. When I did not get my product by expected I emailed the company. They were quick to respond to my email and informed me of the progress of my order which I did receive as stated. Once I got the product it wad of high quality. Very pleased and thanks. "

"I ordered a pair of shoes on 5/6 and used Paypal to pay 73.43. After a week went by I logged into my Milanoo account to see the status and it is not even showing that I ordered anything! There is no order number and nothing under my log in at all!!! I emailed customer service and another week later, have not even received a response from them. The only number available to call is international so i cannot call them. So far my experience is horrible....not a single response back from Milanoo and out 73 bucks for a pair of shoes I will never see!!!! "
