"I ordered sheep stuff in this company several times and never had a problem. Unfortunately the company closed around beginning of 2016. The Operators made no effort to inform people that they were closing and a lot of these reviews are in relation to that.When I did contact them via phone he picked up right away and it seemed like he was a regular Joe. Regardless my problem was corrected immediately"
Just as the name implies, this is a fly-by-night, take your money and run scam.
"I ordered a dent repair kit from Midnightbox on Dec 17, 2015. After a few weeks of no delivery, I emailed the company on December 30, 2015 and was told by Mike from Midnightbox customer service that it takes 5 weeks for delivery and asked me to wait until then. On January 28, 2016, one month and 11 days after my purchase still no delivery and I sent an email back to customer service. They did not reply, a follow-up email was sent on January 30 and still no response. It has been several weeks now and I will now complain with BBB and see if PayPal can still reverse my purchase. I hope you learn from this experience and avoid this company at all cost."
SCAM: Two months and no item. Plus their website is dead
"I ordered a refurbished Apple Magic Mouse in mid-December but it's now February and it never arrived. I get no response to my e-mail and their website is down. I'll be disputing the charges with my credit card company."

"The item that I ordered more than a month ago (it was actually ordered as a last-minute Christmas gift) has still not been received. Due to recent concerns about this company's integrity, I did a search and found a LARGE number of complaints (all similar) about Midnightbox/iCraveit/Auction Cruncher Store/Alan Zdon/Joe Modicamore. These various entities are quite obviously not in the "customer service" business. On January 18th I finally got a shipping notice, but I had also read where other buyers also received these notices - yet still didn't get their items. This made me suspicious, since after all it's just letters/numbers on a form that THEY created. After trying to track this shipment again today, now I can't even access that notice. BEWARE OF THIS SELLER - EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE! Look at the reviews on their Facebook page!"

"The owners of the company both live in New York. They are easy to google. Alan T. Zdon 716-445-0113 Joe Modicamore 716-332-1132 This company does not pay their vendors, do not return telephone calls and fail to ship orders. Google their ratings before you invest. It is impossible to reach a working telephone number or a customer service representative. It doesn't get any worse than this. STAY AWAY!"
"Worst shopping experiance ever!!!! Took them a little more than 8 weeks (2 months) to have the product shipped. Havent recieved it yet, status shows that only a label was created. "
"Purchased a product from this company and I was informed that the product would arrive in 3-5 weeks. Not a big issue b/c that's about normal. Well, it took 3 e-mails (1 of which was never replied to) and almost 2 months just to get a tracking number. After I rec'd the tracking number it took 9 days for any shipping activity to show. So it's been 2 months and a couple of days and I still have not rec'd my item. I will never, ever buy anything from this mickey mouse company ever again. "

"I have bought quite a few items from MidnightBox and have mostly had good experiences. Some things are really good, and a few are cheap, shipping from China and taking forever. I have friends who have bought the pressure cookers and love them, no problem.I had a problem once with an item getting lost in the mail, and it was promptly replaced. My only problem with them is that they have a flat shipping of $3.99. So if you buy something small, maybe for $1, you are still paying $3.99 each, no matter how many you buy. I think they should discount when you buy 2 or more of the same product.But I still buy from them, and know that sometimes they might take weeks to get here if they come from China. I bought something today, so you can tell I trust them."
"All of the items that I have bought, meeted or exceeded what I expected. the only problem is shipping times & slightly steep shipping cost... I know shipping from China can take some time and are easily lost. no matter how small your order, these guys stay on top of it.If you ever need to contact them, they will bend over backwards to make things right for you! Most companies that ship from China rarely give you this kind of service! but I can say truly this is the only company I will deal with in China! Thanks again guys! You're the best!Daniel Astor"

They responded to my inquiries twice, but never heard the last two e-mails I sent when I demanded my money back. I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back after waiting over 3 months for my order. "
