" I ordered a prom dress for my daughter from Micwell. The dress came after 6 weeks and was the wrong size. We ordered the size according to their size chart. The dress had no Micwell Tag, no tag showing the size or fabric specifications and how to care for the garment. Dress was way too big and wrinkled beyond believe. The only thing inside the dress was a pair of earrings. Dress looked like came out of a garage sale. We were very disappointed and wanted to return the dress for a full refund. I sent several emails to Micwell customer service with no result. I was told they will not refund my money because this is the size we ordered. Customer service did not care that quality and workshop was bad. What a scam. Customer satisfaction should be their number one priority. I will never order from Micwell again. Do not waist your money, don't order from this company. you will have nothing but headache. My daughter was not the only one that got bad quality dress 7 of her friend had the same experience.
"I strongly recommend this company in its products and its conduct. My dress arrived two days early and it looked absolutely amazing and fit perfectly. I live on the east coast of the US and it took a month for my dress to be tailored and delivered. Great company!"
"VERY disappointed with the experience. The dress arrived a week and a 1/2 later than the 6 week estimation and only after I email inquiring as to where my shipment was. It was too late for my duaghter to wear to her event by the time it arrived. It is a good thing we found a replacement a few days before we needed it.
When the dress did arrive it was NOT the same dress represented in the picture, close, but not the dress we thought we ordered. the Jeweles and dress color were not even close to what was represented in the picture. The trim hung bad and drooped. The construction of the dress seemed fine but it fit sooooo poorly, one breat cup was even larger than the other and bulged out at top. I asked for a refund based on these facts and is all I got was, "let us see what we can do, can you send us photo's?". Really? It is too late to try to attempt to have this dress fixed and altered. I actually thought that if I ordered this almost 2 months prior to needing it I would have had plenty of time. but obviously not. Then when failure to preform in the time frame given(on the Merchants part) I ask for a return slip for refund that is all I get, " send us some photo's" I am going on 3 weeks now of requesting a return slip. and FYI there are no Return Policies posted on their web site.
Would never reccomend this company and I am in the process of disputing the charges with my Credit Card Company. Guess that is an expensive lesson to learn."

"this is the worst company i have ordered anything from in my whole life! First off i had asked weather i could get the dress as soon as possible and they assured me that the dress would be in on time. SO I decided to order the dress, then i get a confirmation email starting that it would get here june 8th...my event is june 2nd! I tried cancelling my order before the 24 hour period to get my full refund back because after that you only get 50% back. i have literally sent 10 emails and no one has answered me! and i cant even contact them because they are all the way in like china or japan and the number doesn't go through! they cant tell me i cant get my money back if i send numerous emails stating for them to cancel my order immediately. i will never order from a lying company again."

I placed my order on 4/18/12 and I received my dress 5/15/12, a week and a half before my promised date.. The dress is very beautiful, well quality too.. "I recently ordered my prom dress from Micwell, but was very hesitant about it after reading some of the negative reviews. I was going to cancel my order but I chose not to and I am so glad that I didn't. I emailed Micwell's customer service and they were very helpful and assured me that my dress would arrive on time. My dress arrived three days early! Also, I was pleased with the packaging of the product. The dress was definitely kept safe during shipping. The dress itself turned out beautifully. I didn't order a custom size, but it fits almost perfectly! The dress was a little pricey but I am very excited to wear it to prom."

"I have sent various emails regarding the dress that I need to have shipped before May 19th. I receive no response whats so ever, this is so unprofessional. I don't understand how I am even able to fix the problem. I have been trying to get express tailoring but I'm unable to since this unreliable, bad service, unprofessional company can not seem to respond back to one simple email. I don't understand the ignorance of your business. If I do not receive my dress before the day of my prom May 19th, I will send the dress back and order my money back. Don't tell me that I can't get my money back because no where in your website did I agree or did it state unable to receive a refund. "
