Fast order processing and decent shipping charges.

Great Site, love how easy it is to search for a particular item. I searched gaffers tape and it took me all of 20 seconds to find exactly what I needed.

Markertek has always provided a quick response to my orders and the product always arrives promptly. I have never had a problem with an order placed with Markertek. Markertek has an excellent selection of product lines and always has exactly what I am looking for.

(The comment is about spamming. I'm not certain I ever placed an order with Markertek. I don't know how they obtained my email address.)  
 
Markertek misuses private information for spamming. Markertek apparently uses all email addresses they collect, by any method, to begin sending out unsolicited bulk email advertisements. Administrators fail to acknowledge there's a problem with sending out bulk emails to their full mailing list in this way.  
 
For example,  
 
Subject line, "Markertek VPTR Production Trailers - The 2010 Models Are Here!" (1/14/2010)  
 
Subject line, "Featured Product Update - New This Week From Markertek!" (2/2/2010)  
 
Prior to these emails, I dont think I ever would have done business with Markertek, or it would have been literally years ago. I don't know where they got my email address. I certainly didn't subscribe to any kind of mailing list.

Their response proves my point. They can only speculate about how they might have obtained my email address, and under what circumstances, yet they began sending bulk email advertisements to that address anyway. That's precisely what makes it spam.  
 
Markertek doesn't need to take my word for it. I'm confident the admin of their hosting company will enforce their own anti-spam policies to whatever extent becomes necessary, should Markertek continue to send bulk email advertisements to recipients who did not give specific permission for their email addresses to be used in that way.  
 
I would suggest that Markertek remove all unconfirmed email addresses from their mailing list now, before their bulk emails produce further complaints.

I was very pleased with the way my order was handled. I had put the wrong address for my credit card info. One call to Cindy Straub straightened it all out and the order was shipped that day.

Customer service is fantastic. They called me to confirm my preference for sending back ordered items. Excellent website and search to find those hard to identify parts. Incredible selection and price of electronics parts. Great order notifications and service. I thoroughly enjoy shopping at Markertek!

Order arrived in a very timely fashion, packed well with reasonable shipping charges.

We've been ordering from Markertek for years. Good price,excellent selection, and accurate, prompt shipping as always. I wish the shipping charge would be calculated when ordering, so order confirmation page can be used as invoice

The order was executed in a timely fashion, a credit card issue was dealt with in a professional matter, and the unit was in my hands when expected.  
 

Order arrived when expected and the merchandise was what I expected and in good shape. No complaints!

I had THE BEST experience with Markertek!! Victoria is the BEST customer service rep. one could hope to work with. Victoria exceeded my expectations when dealing with my minor issue with the shelf  
The overall service was exactly what I expect from an internet purchase; order confirmation was quick, delivery was faster than I expected. I assumed a 14 day wait more like 6 days. My card was not charged until 7 days after installation of the Z-600 quick lok work station. MArkertek's price was lowest by $20. I will purchase from Markertek again.

the sales person on the phone said 1 or 2 days to delivery, then after i ordered, i got an email saying like 9 or 10 days, still have not received.... i would have ordered sooner if i knew it would take this long. i can understand maybe an extra day or 2 for the holiday, but this is kind of inconvenient...

edit: markertek saw this, and responded to me the next day. their supplier was on vacation for the holiday, without their knowledge. they have upgraded the shipping to 2 day, and it should be here soon. thanks markertek!
