"The final magnets turned out great but not until after they disappointed greatly the first time. Even though the proof I reviewed and approved looked great, the photo of my fiancé' and me in the magnets that were printed and delivered to me were much, much darker in actuality. When I called to report the issue they said it was due to the photo having a lot of shading and bright spots in it. She said that the technician brought down the bright spots which darkened the whole photo. I told her that our faces were barely visible and these Save-the-dates were not going to work. They said, for another $10 they would run a new batch of magnets. Of course, I had to pay it because I'd already spent over $100 on magnets I couldn't use. What I don't understand is why nobody called or emailed me to tell me that this picture wasn't going to work well. Why did they just keep running the order knowing how poorly they were coming out. Then, when I tried leaving a review at their request after I received my order, I kept getting a review rejection letter stating that nothing negative could be included in my review. I tried twice and got rejected both times. Just be prepared to spend a little more time and money than expected with Magnetstreet. The end result was great though. "
