I asked for a replacement within a week of receiving the wrong battery and three weeks later they are still refusing to replace or refund. They now are saying that they will only refund if another US customer happens to need the battery that they shipped to me (and that I ship it directly to that customer). HORRIBLE COMPANY. "Please don't use this company as they are awfull from start to finish for processing refunds and sent me a faulty battery which does not work. Dont be misleaded they are not UK or EU compliant and although they use photos of genuine branded parts you will not receive the original but a chinese knock off, they are based in Hong Kong and not the UK although they use a UK website and pretend to use Royal Mail which they do not. Keep away from this company, UK Trading Standards and the Police should investigate them for scamming money and not following UK consumer rules."
