I was led to believe that the product I had ordered would be received by a certain date. The product cost and shipping even appeared to be subtracted from my account when I used my internet banking. The day prior to my estimated date that I was to receive the product, I got conflicting emails. The following day, I got an email that led me to believe the product had not even shipped and I was expecting delivery on that day! I made a trip two hours away to a large city so I could purchase a similar product (outdoor fountain) on the spot so I could have it to present to a friend at a retirement party. It is unfortunate that this company just couldn't be truthful from the beginning and let me know there was a problem instead of leading me to believe that everything was fine.
