"I have ordered ink for my Canon and Epson printers from Ink and Beyond many times. The prices are the best and the product is great. The order is always correct and free shipping for orders over $20 make me an extremely satisfied customer!"

"They aren't answering my eMail requests for a partial return of this order. Items to return are unopened and therefore new and resaleable but I'm getting no response. It looks like I'll have to consider purchases to be one-way only with no return privileges in the future. I received on 06/05/2007. I should have 15 days to return according to their posted policy. 6 days after receiving it, I should have 9 more days but they are ignoring multiple eMail transmissions to their RMA department."
