Possibly theives? Or just extremly disorginised at best.

I will never touch this comapny again. Ive gone through allot of online retailers, and this is the worst ive ever meet. I orderd a computer case on the 25th, then after a week of going by without any order updates, I called them to see what was up (on wendsday), and they told me they were out of stock, but the cases just arived yesterday, and the CSR asshured me my order will ship by the end of the day and a tracking number will show up by the end of the buisness day. Thrusday and firday rolled by without any updates, so I called them again. A new CSR told me they didnt have any in stock and they will arive next week. I told them to cancel the order, and they ashured me my account will be refunded by the end of the day. Its sunday and no refund, no change in account status.

Edit: update as of 5/10

I called back and asked about my order today again. As soon as I told them the order number, they confirmed that the order was cancled, cut I still haddnt gotten a refund for my order. They claimed the refund was 'done' on the 9th, but paypal showed no such thing, So I told him I didnt recive it and all of the sudden a refund showed up in my paypall acount dated the 10th while I was on the phone with him. Ironic hu. It leads me to think that they were just going to try and keep my money."

"The item was not in stock. It seems that I got a credit on my credit card within a little more than a week after I found out that the item was not in stock, one week after the original order was placed.

NEVER AGAIN NO MATTER THE DISCOUNT!!!"

"3 weeks to ship my parts, and only after constant back and forth emails and threaening PP dispute.

first, after 2 weeks, i requested they cancel my order and NOT ship it. then, like magic i get a shipping confirmation, which they say "ignore it" we're going to cancel it. Well, it still shows up.

So i call and request a return. My agent, Max, tells me to use their UPS acct to return it. I return it. They never ever return my emails anymore after that. So I file with PayPal but the timeframe is up on the complain window.

Thankfully, I decided at the last second to empty my PP balance and pay with my Amex, so they got what was coming to them in the long run.

"This is my first time ordering from this company.It has been truly one of the best merchants to deal with!I think they deserve a better than excellent rating. First off i bought 3 cpu cooling fans with heat sinks for a amd xp 3000+ at a what i concider a really reasonable price of $4.00 each. plus a 450 watt power supply for $10.00 and also i bought some phone lines total shipping was $2.99 then the next day i received email with same cpu heatsinks for $2.99 i used there pretty neat service called live live help. and i asked for cheaper price on the cpu fans and was quickly reambursed for the money.the only downfall of the whole deal was the waiting i had to do on ups delivering. but then again if you want it quicker pay lil more i guess. also .before i bought i came to this site with wanting info on this company at the time there was one good review .after i bought there was another review that wasnt happy with this company before i added this review one of the reviews were gone hmmmmm strange. i checked out this companys review on bizrate and was amazed how good they were rated on there that site made me confident in buying from them plus there ebay sales rating. thanks jay"

"Purchased some memory to upgrade my computer in early March. It took them 2 weeks after payment to ship. The memory wasn't compatible with my computer, so I promptly returned it. After a month of no credit appearing on my credit card statement and hearing all types of excuses from "It's a Paypal issue" (?? - I paid with a credit card!) to "We're having credit issues but you'll get your credit tomorrow", I finally had to call my credit card company. After a couple of days of investigation, they issued me a full credit. BEWARE!"

"I won an auction on eBay for an item from this company. I paid for the item the same day the auction ended. Two days later, I emailed them about when the item would ship. They emailed back saying:

"Due to an inventory database problem on our website Cisco Aironet PCM352 was incorrectly listed. The card is actually an Intel Pro/Wireless 5000 LAN Cardbus Adapter, which is a 5GHz card that we sell on our site for $79.00. We can offer this card at the same price you paid. If this is not acceptable we will issue a refund immediately. Please advise. Thank you and we apologize for the mistake."

I did not want the other card so I asked them to refund my money, and they did.

Bottom line: Beware of this company! One of three things happened:

1. They lied and actually had the item, but weren't pleased with the amount that the auction went for.

2. They never had the item to start out with and planned all along to bait-and-switch for the cheaper Intel card.

3. They were telling the truth and had a legitimate "inventory database problem".

You make the call."

"Four days after placing my first order it still hadn't shipped. They can't change an order so I had to cancel to add additional items. The website said everything was in stock, but it wasn't. Two weeks later I received my order. I ordered five items; One item was missing and one was a knock off brand instead of the Intel part I ordered. My emails to customer support were answered at first by "Joann" (actual employee) then they went unanswered. I had to hunt down their phone # and was able to straighten the mess out. The people I spoke to were quite nice. They made good on the items but it took about 3 weeks from the original purchase date and a lot of aggravation. I have since ordered from several other computer discount type online stores and it's usually 3 days max from the time I order until it arrives. I Sell Surplus...it would have to be a killer deal to get me to order again."

"very slow in shipping. web site say ship in 48 hrs. turned out to be about 2 weeks. No notice of delay shipment.

Shipment missing 3 of 10 items. What a looser of a company.

they are very slow in answering emails (if at all)

"Have placed two orders this year, both included items ( mp3 player and memory)which arrived DOA ( defective on arrival). Had to return items at my own expense and then they languished in "testing" for a week or more before shipping a replacement. Items are shown in stock, but often takes up to a week before they even ship. One order had shown as shipped, but never did. They rarely answer emails and "live support" is barely breathing. You have to get them to give you a supervisor's phone number to get any results."
