"Absolutely the worst consumer experience in my life. I ordered a used PC as well as miscellaneous PC parts. They charged my credit card the day after I ordered, never shipped any portion of the order, never refunded a dime. Three weeks after I placed the order they responded to my emails saying that they "had cancelled the order and would refund within several days". It never happened. Later they replied they would "issue a refund within 10 days"... again, it never happened. I had paid with a credit card, so I contested the charge with the credit card and it was reversed by my credit card company who then went back on the company's bank account. It was well worth the small hassle of contesting the charge to get my money back. In doing a quick search online, I see many, many other customers with the same experience. Too much of a pattern here to be a coincidence! I hope you all get your money back, too! "
"As the two others below, I bought over $600 worth of RAM from them and it never arrived, and they are not answering my emails (even though server receipts show they are being successfully delivered and a couple of read receipts have come my way too).Gone to Arizona and Nevada AG's office as well as BBB....will be talking to my attorney Monday."
"My Complaint is with Isellsurplus.com. Bad service all around!On 3/25/05 I purchased a Computer motherboard and CPU Combo from Isellsurplus.com. In December of 2005 It broke, and I filed for a RMA (Return Merchandise), and sent it back for testing and replacement. Isellsurplus received it on 1/5/06. It took them over a month of testing to finally decide to replace this order. On 2/7/06 I received a pre-shipping notification, but it was going to be shipped to my old address. I had updated my address with my account page on their website months ago, but this doesn’t change the address on the past orders page, and even though I had included a paper stating I had moved, and please ship to my new address, plus putting my new address on the outside of the box, they still were going to send it to my old address. This is not the first time this has happened with an order from them. Up to this point, I had e-mailed them twice to inquire on the length of time to make a determination on my RMA, with never a reply back, but I e-mailed them again telling them I had moved, and please re-direct this shipment to my new address. This time I received a reply on 2/8/06 saying, “The package is actually still on our shipping dock waiting to be picked up.We will change the address. It will go out today.” As of today, 2/23/06 It has yet to be shipped out. I am still waiting for my order. I have sent two e-mails asking about the delay, and letting them know I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, and Consumer affairs division, and contacting the Arizona Attorney Generals office. I’m still waiting for my warranty replacement to arrive."

"1) Order a case to build a HTPC. Case was cheap ($9.99) and shipping was FREE.2) Like others have stated, they charged my card about 2-3 days after I placed my order, and a couple of days before they shipped. Typically, that's not a good thing to do, but the price was right, and shipping on a 20+lbs PC case was free, so I can deal with it.3) Ordered Jan 31st, case arrived Feb 15th. For free shipping, I'm not gonna complain.If you can deal with them charging your CC before shipping, and a somewhat-longer ship time that others, they check them out. The prices are great."

"I ordered memory from this store on the 9th of December, their web site showed that it was in stock and should have shipped witing 24 to 48 hours of the order. I waited several days and then called to see what the problem was, they said it would ship that day. It didn't happen, I called again, same story, "it will ship today". This wnet on until the 13th of Jan 2006. "I think this is an honest company facing some logistical problems. I did run into a delay on my order but after calling them the matter was resolved quickly. They did offer to cancel if I desired. As they are a "surplus" dealer you can't expect delivery so quickly. Order arrived complete and as expected. I would not hesitate to purchase again from this company."

On the 11th, was told by service rep via email that payment had cleared and it would be shipped that day. No response to emails after that day. Product didn't arrive until 11/26/05.Product was what I had ordered, was new in box and for a decent price. So if you aren't in a big hurry and are willing to wait weeks for your product, then order from them. "
