"I have been very disappointed with my last two major orders from QVC. I ordered several items on value pay for my mom as Christmas gifts and they did not send two of the items I ordered. It two 3 weeks to finally receive one of the items, I finally gave up on the other. "
"Ordered a laptop messenger styled bag at a great price, shipped really quickly, alot quicker than I expected. When I got my package, it was the wrong item. They sent a laptop sleeve... Called customer service and the lady kept trying to catch me in a lie, saying multiple times that I got what I ordered. The return policy is straight enough, but i wasnt offered any sort of rush shipment even though i would have to wait for them to get the wrong item back before they shipped the right one and time is of the essence. I had to order the same item again and send the other back asking for a refund to get it quicker, and im afraid that ill get the wrong item again and that they wont refund the first shipping fee..."
"I ordered my first items from QVC.com today. Their shipping is ridiculously overpriced. I'm having buyers remorse already, after 5 minutes. Without shipping (three items from the same company...) the price of the three small items was 78 dollars. With shipping it came to 102 dollars. That's over 20 dollars in shipping. Supposedly they can't combine shipping, according to their site. This not only is expensive but is also very wasteful considering the the resources they must go through. I won't be ordering from QVC again. I will simply try to find similar product elsewhere. "
"This was my second order from QVC and both were very positive, first order was a select comfort mattress which turned out very well, and this order was for an HP Touchpad. After several disappointing cancellations from other retailers that oversold, I was pleasantly surprised that QVC had such an accurate inventory tracking system-and after the order was placed I called and had it changed to expedited shipping by a CSR-and they were pleasant to boot. Thanks so much QVC, I will be back!"

"They're really really good. they had what I needed at a competitive price. Their order processing is efficient and informative. They did exactly what they promised. They even included a return label with the item. I bought in case I changed my mind. Wow. They shipped the day after the order was placed in very sturdy and well-cushioned packaging. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised and rather impressed.I love my Laptop"
"I purchased a set of Cooks Essential cookware a number of years back (12-14). It had a 50 year warranty. The entire set was no longer non-stick and the finish was coming off so I contacted QVC & was given instructions on returning all of the items. Unfortunately, they only replaced a little over half of the items and offered me a refund that wouldn't cover even 2 of the 3 missing items. I got nowhere with them. So I would not recommend ever purchasing from them, I know I'm not going to."
"I had shopped with QVC off and on since it bagan back in 1986 but I am no longer a customer. Over the years I have seen their quality and customer service rapidly decline. Their shipping and handling has become way over priced and their prices less competitive. the last straw for me was when my QVC account was hijacked and fradulent charges were made to my account. Someone called in claiming to be me and was able in one quick phone call to change my phone number and pin number. They charged a $3000 TV and some other stuff to my account. Fortunately, I am someone who monitors my accounts daily and I was able to reverse everything. It took me days to get someone at QVC to show any concern over this....I just kept getting "these things happen". finally someone called me from loss prevention and explained to me that they were having a problem tied to my state. When I questioned her about security she was only able to tell me that people figure out ways to cheat the system quicker than they can prevent it. I asked why security passwords are not in place like credit card companies use and her response was "yeah, we keep suggesting that but management just doesn't listen". That was the end for me. I closed my account, filed a police report and stopped shopping at QVC. I will never do business with them again. It's sad really, if they had kept the same integrity and business plan that they started with they could still be a great company to do business with."
