"Ordered product claimed to be "in stock" from these folks and waited two weeks. Never got email or anything else with tracking number etc. Sent email from their web site on Oct 8 requesting shipping status and tracking number. Never heard back from them. Called them on 10/10/07 (they have no 800#), gave them order number and asked status. They finally told me it was back-ordered and they might have it in a week and then 7+ days to ship. I canceled the order, asked for and, within 10 minutes, received an email saying the order was canceled and no charges. Bought from another supplier with an 800# and had the product in stock. Bottom line - iKitchen does not seem to have their act together although they don't seem to be scamming (unless I end up with a charge on my Visa)! Still, they say it is in stock when it is not, they never let you know unless you follow-up yourself, they don't seem to respond to emails in a timely fashion and they have no 800# to call. Recommend shopping elsewhere."
"Shortly after placing my order I received the standard verification E-Mail. After that I waited ten days and had received no communication at all from iKitchen. Their website also showed no change in my order status during that time. I then sent two E-Mails on different days stating that if the order had not shipped I wanted it canceled and to respond that it had been canceled. Within minutes of the second message I received an E-mail response stating that the item was ready to ship, and did I still want to cancel. I replied that I was unhappy with their lack of communication and did not want to do business with them. Minutes later I received an automated response with a UPS tracking number stating that UPS had been notified to pick up my parcel for shipment to me ("Billing information has been sent to UPS," etc. on the UPS tracking page). The next morning the iKitchen website showed the order had been canceled but the UPS pickup order was still active.
So as I type this I have to wait before ordering the item from another reseller because I cannot be sure whether iKitchen will be shipping this to me or not. And after all that I found it for about $15 less elsewhere.
This was my first experience with this company, and needless to say, I will not do business with them again."
I placed an order for 3 items on 12/07/06. Plenty of time before Christmas. I was wrong. I received part of my order on 12/27/06. I didn't receive the other part of my order until 01/01/07. I sent several emails during this time to try to find out the status of my order. I finally had to threaten with a charge back because they would not answer my emails. I won't be purchasing any other items from this store. And I don't recommend them."
"I placed my order on December 20th. It is now January 10th and there is still no update on my order status. If I call customer service they make me sit through a minute or two speach about the website, then it rings a few times, then the automated system tells me to try my call later. Each attempt at calling customer service takes about 2 or three minutes because there is no way to skip the speach. I'm pretty sure this store is a scam."

"After a month and no response to my order, after several calls I finally got a representative, who acknowledged it was back-order. At least she was able to cancel it so I could order it from someone reliable. Not a vendor to recommend..."
