"After having difficulty in getting the remote to program, I called Jamie in customer service, who was very pleasant and helpful. In a few minutes, she sent me further instructions which enabled us to program the remote successfully. "

"iKeyless and Jaime (ext #113) have been absolutely great to work with! Not only did they save me a lot of money vs. buying new key fobs from the car dealers, but they helped me with the programming and answered all of my questions. The ability to talk with Jaime on the phone and have a personal customer service representative help resolve my issues was and is priceless! I will refer all my friends to iKeyless and will definitely use them forever."

"Great company to do business with. Their original ordering was very easy and the shipping was very quick. Unfortunately my old 2000 Honda Accord did not have the factory installed keyless receiver, so I can't use the keyless door lock transmitter that I just purchased from iKeyless so I'm returning it to you today for a refund. Thank you."

"I felt extremely betrayed when I found out I could only get my key cut at a dealership and they told me they were not allowed to cut the type of metal they use. I called all kinds of locksmiths and key cutters but they aren't allowed to do laser cutting on this VW beetle 2008 and so I sent back the key but still don't think I ever got my money returned."

"I ordered 2 replacement remote fobs. At first I could not get the fob to work, but found out that I had opened the case and put the battery back in backwards. I was surprised how quick and simple the process was. I have not completed the 2nd remote yet. The instuction copy was a little blurred and I confused myself by not reading the instuctions thoughout, but went online to get instructions to program. After getting the new instuctions, I found out it was me and not the instructions sent by IKEY.

The pricing was great, the remotes look great and the programming is simple. I would recommend this site and the replacement fobs."

"We purchased a Toyota keyless entry remote from iKeyless & then discovered we were unable to use the remote. We contacted iKeyless and asked about return policy. They were understanding to our problem and gave us the information on how to return the remote. The return policy was easy and we would have no hesitation to purchase again from this company in the future."

"I was introduced to ikeyless by a very good friend when I complained about the cost the dealers charge for replacing the remote for my jeep. During the last month, I have ordered that remote and on another occasion I also bought a transponder key for my Dodge Magnum. Both shipment arrived promptly in 3 days as was promised,also included in both deliveries were instructions on how to program the key and the remote. I not only saved 50%-60% on the price the key and the jeep remote. I did not have to pay anybody to program my purchases which is more money that I saved. This firm is a good place to do business with. If anybody needs anything like transponder keys or remote door openers, I recommend this company without hesitation."

"I ordered a remote for our Kia the early part of March - I got a 'shipping notice' but when a week went by and still no remote I called customer service (very hard to get thru to them) I was told that the item was on backorder and that it would be shipped in a few days when it was expected in -- I waited another 10 days - still nothing when I emailed them i was told it's 'still on back order' - i then requested a credit since it was now almost a month of waiting. About 10 days later I emailed customer service again to ask it the item was in stock and I was told 'yes' it is in stock - but that I should call them immediately I want to order the remote --- I immediately called and placed an order - also confirm with that young lady that the remote was in stock - she told me it would ship out either later that day or the next day --- well surprise - surprise - the exact same that happened - i got notice that the item was shipped - waited for it to arrive and when it didn't i contacted customer service again and was told the remote is on backorder!!!!! I can't believe this company I would strongly suggest you get your remotes etc elsewhere - i ended up
ordering my from Amazon - it was cheaper and it arrived in less
than a week after i placed the order --- I have NEVER delt with a company that is soo ineffient - or else they just don't care and have no problem lieing to their customers - either way go elsewhere Oh one more thing it took them over a week to credit my card this time - no excuse for that
