"The "corporate" store in Tampa has had my son's ipod for ONE month. They broke it beyond repair while replacing the cracked screen. They have promised me every day that they are going to replace it. Still waiting. It has been the single worst experience of my life. Who exactly is in charge???? Update: Shannon has come through and resolved the issue in just four days!
