The confirmation e-mail includes a toll-free telephone number, which is a refreshing change--many e-businesses will only offer an e-mail address for customer service issues. The links to the order status page is reliable, and the order reference number is built right into the e-mail subject line--very easy to reference!
iHerb was quick, high-quality, and had great value. Each item was as advertised (no sneaky putting other labels on bottles), and the customer service side of it was great. No overcharging, and prompt follow-up via e-mail.
We'd shop with them again in a heartbeat (and have just placed another order tonight). Hands down, iHerb has the best deals, and that's even with our military discounts and belonging to several "warehouse" clubs!"

The prices are excellent (and return customers get a 6% discount... pay attention to the coupon codes during checkout) and shipping is free if you spend over $60. The orders are prepared and sent quickly, and are nicely packaged. The "Monthly Specials" section has free items: I've gotten a pill cutter/crusher, memory pills, and spiced tea for free. No complaints..."

I was in search of an air purifier, and iherb.com had the best price on the model I was looking for. I was a bit skeptical about the site since I had never heard about them before, and so I checked them out on resellerratings.com. They had a few excellent reviews, so I decided to take the plunge. Ordered the air purifier on a Thursday and took advantage of their free shipping offer. The item shipped on the next day via Fedex Overnight! I was expecting it to be shipped a slower and cheaper shipping method so I was pleasantly surprised. Item was delivered on Monday, and while in the process of setting it up, I noticed a crack on the front panel. The Fedex guy must have banged it pretty hard since it was packaged pretty well. The crack didn't seem to hinder its operation, but it was a little disappointing to received a defective product. I contacted iherb.com immediately to let them know about the problem, and they were more than happy to fix the problem. I could either have it replaced or I could keep it and they would credit me $50 for the problem. Since it was not hindering its operation, I opted for the second choice and they promptly credited my card.
Overall, my experience with iherb.com was outstanding. They had the best price on the item I was looking to buy, shipped out the product promptly, and they have an excellent customer service. I strongly recommend this vendor."

I placed my order in the wee hours on Monday morn, and received a confirmation email promptly, followed later that day by a second one with a tracking number.
And today Wednesday, my order arrived! From CA to DE in three days, now that's service! As I see it, they exceeded my expectaions, so I will be placing repeat orders, and telling my family and friends too."
