Until November 2009 I was very satisfied with customer service, products and international shipment (average 8-10 days, often even less).  
Since than international shipment has become terrible. Delivery time since november now is 4-5 weeks. I wonder if their policy is to collect a certain amount of international orders before offering them to International Airmail to be send in bulk to Frankfurt. If it is like this you'll be lucky if your order belongs to the last ones en unlucky if they still need to collect many other orders first.  
I wonder if the confirmation mail that your order has been shipped out actually means that your order has only been packed.  
 
I don't know why and what iHerb changed but until now I don't find this positive.  
 
Any way I am satisfied about package, products, prices and customer service dealing with other subjects than shipment.

Pretty hard to fault this company. Received my order the next business day.  
 
It was very well packed and I was charged half the Priority Mail fee for shipping.

What excellent and prompt service - a very refreshing change from Vita... which has really gone down hill in service and shipping. The email communication with iHerb is great too - someone responds right away! - Happy Customer!!!

Using iHerb's reorder button, the wrong vitamin was accidently shipped to me. It took 2 weeks over the holiday to arrive. When I called, I was treated very poorly. I could not order the correct vitamin online unless I wanted to order from the Japanese website. So, iHerb charges me $12 to FedEx the correct vitamin next day and then I spent $11 to ship back the wrong order. iHerb still has not refunded me these extra shipping charges. The 2 iHerb reps were very rude and do not understand the first rule of Customer Service. They were very hard to work with and never uttered one word of apology for shipping the wrong item that took much longer than usual to arrive. Yes, iHerb is $8 cheaper per bottle but look at the $22 extra I spent on shipping!!! THESE vitamins are great by the way. We're just going to order from the more expensive place unless iHerb goes through some re-training.

Worst possible customer experience!! Do not, I repeat do NOT order from this site if you live abroad.  
 
After informing the company that my order had not arrived (after 8 weeks), they told be to wait another few weeks. After 6 addicional weeks, more than 3 months in total, the order never arrived. I asked for a reshipment or a refund. What I got instead was a response saying that the order cannot be traced and that their not responsable for the mail system's loss. Summary, I've paid for a product I never received and they won't refund the purchase price.

I placed an order from iherb to be shipped to Australia & things went smoothly until we were slugged with a hefty customs handling bill. The bill came to more than half of what i payed for the whole order so any savings i felt i got were quickly eliminated. I will probably cease to place any more orders untill iherb can work out an agreement with Australia.

I ordered from iherb.com over a week ago and i never received my shipment.They gave me an invalid tracking number to go along with my order!! When the tracking number was corrected they said my package was left outside my front door it never came!! I will never order from this scam company again!!

I ordered Prelief from IHerb with International Shipping to Spain. Firstly I have to say IHerb was the cheapest place I could find to buy this on the internet - and I have searched far and wide. I saved over £20 using them rather than a UK site or Ebay. Their international shipping rates are extremely fair - I've not come across another US website so reasonable. Eight days later and I have my package here in Spain - I cannot fault their service and to me they are a Godsend as I really need this product but could not afford the rip of charges of other websites.

Please note that previous iHerb rating refers to an international order shipped using postal airmail.  
As clearly stated in iHerb shopping cart, if you place an international order using this method, there is no way to track the order, and that we can not refund or reship your order if your order is lost. This shipping method is very reliable, but there is no way to track it, or guarantee delivery. If you wish to track your order, please choose DHL or UPS.

Recently I sent IHERB product to Germany totally unaware that their Health Department might object to it. As matter of fact - they will destroy it. They said it is ILLEGAL to import vitamins and minerals there. When I contacted iHerb about it - they answered hastily:  
"We are a self-service discount vendor. It is the customer's responsibility to research locally what their Customs will allow."  
So - my money is lost, my friend will not receive much needed vitamins and iHerb gets the money and does not give a damn! They will also not inform customers of such possibility, I guess this is their business model - GIVE ME YOUR MONEY and shut up. HOW DISHONEST! They should be not shipping there - I am sure they know about those laws. DISGUSTING self-serving practices!
