There's some really discounted stuff, mostly when you add in the new customer discount. Shipping was less than two bucks for me for one bottle and it took about five days. They've got a huge range of supplements; there's stuff for my grandpa, me, and even joint formula for the dog. I loved that they had so many different doses available too. I was worried that I would be too sensitive and it was great to have a 50mg option for htp instead of the usual 100mg. Definitely ordering again!  
Another plus is the referral code, everyone gets one and it gives 5 dollars off to the newbies and gives the referrer money they can cash out or spend towards orders. But iherb wins because it makes everyone want to leave a review. xD

I have been purchasing from iherb for several years now. Fast shipping and all items recieved. I have recieved free products in all my orders. I also am involved with their rewards program and by putting my code out have recieved over $700 in credit which has paid for most of my items I have ordered. My last 2 orders from iherb have been delayed first one took a week last one has been over 2 weeks and not shipped. But It doesnt matter to me. It is temporary as they are revamping warehouse obviously for even better service later. I was told they should be done in a couple of weeks. Remember the low prices, fast shipping, free gifts, And it makes it all worth the wait. Machelle

This absolutely one of the best places in the internet to shop (how unfortunate they only sell health supplements).  
 
However, just pray hard that you don't have any problems in any of your transactions with them cause their customer service is ABSOLUTELY CRAPPY!  
 
Had over 80 transactions with them in the span of two years and hundreds of dollars, then THE DAY came.  
 
No matter how much you explain to them and present pertinent specific informations, they'll reply to your individual email/concerns with standard unhelpful replies. It's like reading an automated FAQ!

I am a new customer from IHerb.com and I did not appreciated my first buying experience with that reseller. NOT happy at all.  
 
I did my first order on Sept,28 2009...I read on there website there was 6 days delay due to warehouse re-organisation, after that delay I write them to ask what is going on with my order.  
So they replied at first that my order will be shipped on Monday Oct 05, 2009 and a second email said my item was shipped on Tuesday Oct 06, 2009.  
Now I just found out that my order was shipped on  
Monday Oct 12, 2009...WHAT A BUNCH OF LIES FROM IHERB.com...They do not offerring any discount or rebate for all thoses troubles...  
 
I owned a company and I do not treat my customers like that...  
 
I could understand your warehouse problem but at least do not lie to your customer about delivery date...  
 
If you need a proof...I keep all the emails that you send me from your customer service.  
 
UPDATE on Oct, 13, 2009...  
 
Last night, I contact IHerb on Live Chat, I asked the lady for a rebate on my next purchase...this morning I received an email from IHerb and they gave me a shipping refund.

My order was placed on Sep.28,2009. At the time I was placing my order, I was informed that due to their renovating of warehouse, the order would be shipped in 1-3 days. I thought 3 days was OK, I accepted and placed my order. 3 days after I sent an email asked them about my order, I got their reply told my that my order would be shipped out in 1-2 days. I waited for another 5 days and send them email asking about my order. They replied told my that my order would be shipped "in next a few days". They didn't even say a single "sorry" in their reply. After another 2 days which was 10 days after my placing the order I told them that if they couldn't ship my order in that day I would like to cancel my order. They replied saying that my order would be shipped in 1 week. Another one week again? I was extremely pissed off. I sent them an email to ask them to simply cancel my order, since then I've sent another 3 email asking for the cancellation of the order but I never got any reply. In the last email I told them that I was still holding my negative review and hope them not forcing me to give negative review. No reply, that being said they don't care of negative reviews at all now.  
Since somebody is saying that he got his packet on time, I'm guessing that the iherb.com is utilizing this strategy: Because of their renovating of warehouse and updating of their system, they have very limited resources, however, there are so many orders in their hands, so they give the newest order the highest priority to avoid making new customers unhappy. For customers like myself who have been extremely frustrated, the chance is that they would never order from iherb.com in the future thus they no longer care about these angry customers and put their orders to lowest priority. This is unfair to the customers who have been waiting for the shipment of their orders for two weeks. I have to say that iherb is not a responsible company and these people are basically the group that are lack of moral. My order has been there for 2 weeks now and I just checked the status, still the desperately "Ready to Ship". Now I just want to cancel my order and buy it from somewhere else but they simply don't respond my email. Can anybody give me some advice on what I can do? Can I call my credit card company for help?

I have to say that they have a large selection of brands & organic choices that are good however I received a package of raw stevia that had a cut through the package looks like from when they opened the carton but how do I really know who & how that cut got there? They sent it to me anyway in a plastic bag I emailed them about it & twice they deleted my email & once asked what I needed help on. I have yet to see what they are going to do about their poor choice. I refuse to eat the stuff who knows what may be in it? UPDATE: in order to get results you MUST go on their site & do a live chat. They claim to be sending me a replacement which is all I expected. I did ask that they report my issue to supervisors & was told they would, who knows?

I *LOVE* IHerb.com! A friend sent me over there a few months ago, and I wasn't going to order from them at first. But then I looked at the brands they carry - good brands at incredibly low prices. I just ordered for the first time the other day, and I'm about ready to order again. My shipping was free. They shipped quickly, provided me with a tracking number and included a lot of pamphlets and other free goodies with my order. AND ... I used code HAP230 at checkout to get $5 off!!! It's a shame that code is only good for my first purchase ... but it is good for multiple uses so please feel free to borrow it if you're ordering for the first time.

I thought this website was a scam at first because of all of the thousands of coupon codes, but it actually is legitimate.  
My husband and I have used iherb.com twice now and we LOVE it! I'm not sure if all the other coupon codes are safe or not, but we use: uri000
