"I ordered a media tower from their site: bush-furniture-online.com. It took 6 days for them to tell me that this product isn't made anymore. So why is it still listed on their site? The email also said that my refund would be put in a queue. What does that mean? When you return something at a store, they refund you immediately! After 8 days, I still hadn't received a refund, so I called them. The person I spoke with said, "just between you and me, you should get a chargeback through your bank". This is one shady business."
"Seriously, this company is a joke. Much like the other reviews here, I placed an order, they waited 3 weeks to inform me the item was out of stock, cancelled my order, and then queued my refund for processing. Its been more than a week and still no refund. I should not have been charged to begin with, until the item was confirmed available and shipped. I filed a claim with Paypal, and iFurn wont even acknowledge that. It is my opinion that this is iFurns business model. Fraud through collection of interest on bogus orders. There is no redeeming quality for this business. Dont be tempted by the 10% coupon, like I was. You have been warned."
"I ordered a Kathy Ireland file cabinet. More than 2 weeks went by. I was never notified that the order could not be fulfilled and had to call to find this out. I received an email stating that my refund was "in queue". When it didn't appear, I called again. They refused to tell me when my refund would be processed-I never should have been charged in the first place. Fortunately, because they were not a familiar company, I had used Paypal and filed a dispute. "
"I ordered a bed from this oh so sketchy company on Jan 2 of this year and have never been notified on a true delivery date. Called several time and they all seem clueless. It has been over a month and I just tried calling today and they have a recording saying they are closed due to winter weather. I will never ever Order anything from this company again. They have no customer service and really once they have your $$. They just don't care. Can't get a straight honest answer from anyone. I have no idea when my bed will be here. The tracking info just states abrieviations that don't make sense . This has just been a horrible experience. Please people. SHOP AROUND! N"
"I ordered the Kathy Ireland bookcase and writing table by Martin Southampton on Jan. 14, 2014. My credit card was immediately charged in full. I received an email from iFurn that my order had processed successfully, and when I used the "track your order" function over the next two weeks, the website noted that the order had "processed successfully." However, I received no updates or specific info on delivery, which should have taken one to two weeks, according to the iFurn website. I called iFurn customer service on Jan. 23 for an update and the woman said she would put through a status inquiry and I would hear back within 24 to 48 hours. I heard nothing back. On Jan. 27, I wrote an email to iFurn customer service, repeating my inquiry and referring to my telephone call of Jan. 23, asking why I had not heard back. Again, I received NO reply from iFurn. Dead silence. On Jan. 28, I called customer service and waited forever on the phone. The recording said there were 9 people ahead of me on hold and that I was guaranteed a callback and would not lose my place in line, if I left my tel. number using their new callback service. I left my cell phone number (around noon iFurn time, so they certainly had time in the business day to call me back if there were 9 callers at that time). No one called me back at all. Dead silence again. I called again on Jan. 29, and this time, waited on hold until I finally talked to a customer service rep. He checked my order and said that Martin Southampton had had NO RECORD of ever receiving the order from iFURN (despite iFurn's confirmation that it had processed successfully) and that iFURN had sent the order anew on Jan. 28 (two weeks after initial order). He said he expects I will receive my order in one to two weeks, but I am not hopeful. I asked why iFurn had not informed me of this lapse and expected delay, and he said he didn't know. I have ordered furniture from other websites and had MUCH better customer service and communication. iFurn does not even have the decency to respond to emails or give any status updates, even to repeated inquiries. If you want your items in a certain amount of time, in accordance with estimated delivery predictions on their website, or you expect the minimum of communication from the company, then I do NOT recommend ordering through iFurn as their customer service line seems to be a black hole and they ignore customer inquiries once they have your money."
"Ordered an media console from iFurn. It was missing parts. Called three times. They seemed like they could care less. Third time, guy said he would email me a tracking number. Never did. Days later (today), I called again. Customer service is a sad case. I'll feel lucky if I ever get this thing together. It will have taken them TWO WEEKS to send 4 screws, if they do arrive. I will never order from them again. "

"Horrible service. Rude people on the phone at customer service. I ordered the wrong bed from them. I sent it back only to find out that they would charge me $850 to return a $1100 bed. So I have the bed in my garage. But the people on the phone are so mean. I tried to order another bed from them if they would just lower the return fee. The woman snottily said, " you should pay more attention,no". That may be true but these people have no phone skills. That is why they have poor rating by better business bureau. Go to another web site."
"I literally scoured the Internet for an entertainment ensemble that would fit our decor and yet, be affordable. At iFurn.com I found the Home Styles Rustic Cherry T.V. credenza and two matching piers. The ensemble was attractive, the price was affordable and, the free shipping a big plus. It was a "GO".I thoroughly read the return policy and what to do if any cartons appeared damaged on delivery. FedEx ground delivered a total of 6 (large) cartons containing components of the ensemble. The cartons appeared intact and in good condition on delivery, so I did not reject or write "possible shipping damage" on the delivery receipt (as instructed in the "Return Policy").When I open the cartons, the packing appeared to be intact. It wasn't until I began to unpack the various components that the damages became apparent. First, one piece (the credenza) appeared to have been packed already damaged. One side component and its affixed drawer guide was completely broken off. The edges of the top were marred (scarred with deeped scratches is a better description), and the door hinges were bent (made of pot metal) and broke when I tried to straighten them for fit. The piers came with multiple scratches.I would have a hard time believing this happened during shipping as the boxes appeared intact. I believe the damaged items were packed that way at the (Chinese) factory. I was utterly dismayed that a manufacturers Quality Control could be so uncaring. I spent two extra days gluing and making (yes, making) parts on my table saw to accommodate the broken wood pieces.My assessment of the quality of the ensemble is this: It looks good (after I finally got it assembled; with my own home-made replacement parts, multiple trips to the hardware store to buy screws that were "shorted" in the hardware package) and, waiting for the glue to dry. The ensemble, especially the credenza, came damaged. Period.I called iFurn.com and here's what I got: "You will have to deal with the manufacturer." Ha! I didn't buy it from the manufacturer, I bought if from iFurn. They made the profit and now they wanted to shun any responsibility for the damaged goods.I guess I could have re-boxed it (which would have been a complete nightmare in itself) and sent it back, only to wait another month for a replacement (for which there was no guarantee would happen).I'm not happy with iFurn.com and the "short" manner in which they responded to my issue. I am not happy with the condition the ensemble arrived in.I guess all I can say is, "Caveat Emptor". If you're not a wood worker as I am, with an ability to make the necessary repairs (and even make homemade parts to replace broken ones), then think twice about ordering this ensemble, and beware... iFurn will turn the other way when you ask for help in remedying their shortcomings."

"I placed an order on June2 for a broyhill media chest.June2 received confirmation that they had received my order.June 19,I received an email advising that my order had shipped and my tracking # was H8860901.Today I checked with Manna(shipper)and was advised that estimated time of departure was today(July 23)and estimated time of departure is (July 30).(This is the same message I get every time that I check but with ETD and ETA with different dates.)Today Manna advised me that the order was in their system and when they receive a final shipping confirmation I will see proof of pickup and ETD and ERD will be updated with CORRECT information."

"Although I got the fan I ordered sooner than expected, it had a small defect that made the assemble a challenge. The second post would not lock, so I disassembled it, realigned the holes and screw and took a hacksaw to the rim that was keeping the post from locking. Good thing I'm a handy person...That said, it works great now!"
