"I placed the order on 5/29/13 and finally called on 6/10 to track it. The individual I spoke with said he would check with the manufacturer and get back to me. I did not hear from him so I called again on 6/11 only to find the item had been discontinued. Very disappointed...One would think you would keep up to date on your inventory."
"I placed an order for a dining room table, 8 chairs and a buffet on December 2, 2012. I FINALLY received the merchandise on May 10, 2013--over 5 months later. Don't believe the 4-6 weeks delivery! Every time I called to ask about my order they LIED LIED LIED. When the furniture arrived, two chairs and the buffet were broken/damaged and some of the other chairs were covered in mold/mildew. I took pictures and sent them to the company and IMMEDIATELY filed a claim with them. I still have not heard from them or a claims adjuster. This company is HORRIBLE!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"I love this chair! We got our chairs delivered on time and got two of them put together in less than an hour. Had some trouble with one bolt that got bent (im guessing while delivered) but hubby bent it back and it works fine. It's a little loose but he said he could live with it lol. The chairs have great lumbar support and very cushiony. Sat in it for about 3 hours the first day and had no problems. Thanks for a great product at a great price! :)"

"Placed an order for a day bed on 04/09, was never informed it was a back order item, a week later called to inquire about the delivery date that's when I was informed it was on back order and POSSIBLE shipping date is 05/06. If I would have known I would have never placed the order for I needed the bed sooner then later. Will consult with husband for possible cancellation. ........."

I veiwed the iFurn website for the merchandise and was apprehensive about the delivery date because I wanted to have the bed just in time for my son's birthday.
