My bios froze during an update flash and would no longer post. Sent the chip to BadBiosFlash.com for a re-flash and had it back in less than a week! Saved me from having to buy a whole new mobo. Professional service, fast response; an excellent transaction.

Absolutely excellent customer service. I ordered my replacement BIOS chip on the 6th and I got it on the 10th. Great communication, I would do business with iCE Flashing again.

EXCELLENT Service and outstanding communication. He made sure I had the right BIOS Chip and verified my mainboard. Let me know that the PLCC extractor wasn't designed for DIP chips and offered to refund the cost of the tool.

Sent corrupt Bios Chip in with a money order for $8.00. Got it back about a week later (total including shipping to/from). Popped in the motherboard and all is well. Sent Paul an email with the link to the Bios file I wanted to be programmed. Received a confirmation email when he programmed and shipped it. Excellent service and I definitly recommend without any hesitation.

Shipped my inoperable eeprom bios chip, emailed the bios version that I wanted loaded, and paypal-ed my $8. A week and a bit later, I had a perfectly good bios chip that worked like a charm. Very straightforward and no hassles. Thanks for the help.

I would definately purchase from iCE Flashing again. Unforutnately I may not need another chip but if I did I wouldn't have to surf the net or shop around because I would go straight to iCE. The assistance I received was exceptional as was the quick deliver of my item.

Really great experience. E-mails were answered within the hour. Turns out he had a chip for my rare motherboard. Purchase arrived exactly three days after ordering, in perfect condition. All I had to do was take the old one out and push the new one in. Order from this seller; you won't be able to find anyone else offering prices nearly as low, or service nearly as quick and easy. Holds himself to all the promises made on his webpage. I highly recommend.

Great service at a great price. Ordered late on the 29th, a Sunday. Had the chip on Thursday. The new chip was flashed to my motherboard. Only had to plug it in and the troubles were over. The same chip from the manufacturer would have cost me almost twice as much.

Excellent service. Fast and accurate with my request to flash a BIOS version that was not the latest. Got my computer back up and running in short order. Only complaint is that the website could use a facelift.
