"seems like a good deal but computer was suppose to ship yesterday and still no tracking number i will edit this when i get it. however they did want me to write a review for something i havent even seen yet?????o_O if they stick to their word all should be fine."

"My first time buying a computer online and it was the biggest mistake I made. We got the computer after waiting for about 3 weeks after ordering it. Set it up and the computer keep restarting itself. I called IBUYPOWER and waited to talk to someone for EVER. Everyone I talked to was very rude and seemed to be annoyed with my questions. I had to keep calling back because what they had me do didn't work multiple times. Finally They sent me 2 replacement parts and that didn't fix the problem. Now i sent the whole computer back and have to wait longer while they take it apart to see if all the parts are there. Before i get my refund. I need the money from that computer to go to a new one and can't do anything until then.

"Purchased a Battalion CZ-12 (laptop) from iBuyPower.com. It was a great deal, the order was handled expeditiously and the shipping was prompt and expedite. I also received great customer service and even got upgraded shipping. I have purchased from iBuypower before and received exceptional service on that occasion as well. "

"All in all, very good product and very competitive pricing. Pauline helped out a lot with my initial order, which was very much appreciated. The only problem I had was that it seemed like they forgot about my order for a while because I had to call them about 2 weeks after I put the order in to see if it was ready. 2 days after I called, it was ready for pickup :>"

"I got my new rig in the mail a few days ago, and noticed I was having some issues with the sound card. After troubleshooting on my own, and coming up empty handed so to speak, I ended up giving iBuy's tech support a call. I didn't expect much help to be honest, and at first it seemed I wasn't going to get any as I initially talked to a few different people who seemed pretty clueless/nonchalant about my troubles. After calling back a few times (having tried what the previous tech guys had suggested), I was assisted by a guy by the name of Luc, who was by far one of the most professional and knowledgeable technical support reps I've ever worked with. And I'm not just talking about iBuy, but tech support in general; he was that good. He walked me through things step-by-step, to the point that I'm assuming his shift was long over by the time we finished up, as it was ten after 5pm PST when he was able to aid me in resolving my sound issues. This is the type of customer service I wish every company provided. Nice, helpful folks who actually want to do their job. Bravo, iBuy, bravo."

"Ibuypower has very competitive prices. They also offer a great deal of customization through their website. They also offer various "rush" processing options for an extra charge. I elected to pay for their 3 day "rush" service which has turned into 10 day "who cares" service. I have called their customer service twice. The first time it was indicated that they may have overlooked the "rush" status. This was something that I was willing to overlook at the 3 full business day mark. Not until the order hadn't been shipped for 9 full business days was I upset. I called again and was informed that "we don't ship to APO everyday." This was the explanation for why my machine was in a "packaged and ready to ship for a full business day. They reimbursed me for my three day "rush" service and promised that my box would be mailed that day. Well, another full business day has passed with my box "packaged and ready to ship" I will never ever buy from these jokers again. Seeing as my box still hasn't shipped and the fact that their warranty service is no doubt as slow as their order service I may just cancel the order while its still sitting in their inefficient warehouse. "

"I was having a difficult time making three monitors work with Flight Simulator.

Eric Garcia took the time to solve the problem and even consult with his co-workers to actually fix what Microsoft wanted to charge $99.00 to investigate, without certain solution."
