"I ordered my sony f-717 over the phone from i4digital.com recieved great friendly service from a guy named Victor.. He explained what i need to get started (memory stick, and said maybe a case) and thats all i bought he did say there are other things avilable but they are wants not needs!! Very different than what other interne sales people said.. Any way to get to the punch line the order was shipped next buisness day i told him I needed next day shipping instead of charging me extra for it he explained that since they ship fron N.Y. and I am from N.J. ground will get there tommorow any way and it!! i am having a great time using my camera and will deffineteley use i4digital again for future elctronics purchases!!!!"

I called next day and Daniel the salesman wanted to sell me accessories to go with the camera. I declined and daniel said that the camera was in stock but would take 3 weeks to ship??? (Sounds fishey to me) I waited three weeks and called them on 12-02-02 about status of order. Daniel the salesman said the camera was out of stock and would ship soon, but could give me nothing definite and when it shipped it would still take three weeks to ship. I then canceled the order promptly."

"Overall a decent experience. They had the product (Canon S40) in stock and at close to the lowest price around. Even adding in their ridiculous shipping and handling ($30) it was still a good deal. They shipped quickly and the product arrived fine.
However, they added an additional $5 on to my shipping charge that was not reflected on my invoice. When I saw it on the CC statement I e-mailed to get it corrected. After no response for several days I called. They gave me the runaround but I was persistent and supposedly the $5 will be credited now.
"Very pleased with item friendly service but somewhat pushy on optional items, but just say no and they except that and no longer hassle you with it. I can assure you that this is not a bogus posting and that I have been extremely pleased with this sale. I would recomment and have recommended i4digital to friends and on a forum (dpreviews.com) look for my id tanglefoot47. I rate this place a 10."

"MySimon advertises $19 shipping for i4digital. When you actually try to place the order on-line, the lowest possible shipping cost (UPS ground) is $30+. Further, It looks like someone is is posting bogus positive comments on Resellerratings.com for i4digital. If you read all the comments, they are all in just two categories, 1) the bogus positive ones that name fictious sales reps, 2) the actual ones that detail the problems with high accessory prices and high shipping prices. Buyer beware!"
