reply posted May-03-2013 “Our site clearly notifies customers about item, which cannot be sold separately. Customer knew this information, but placed an order on April 17, 2012, Next day he received Email, stating that "This item can be purchased with the Beds, Bedroom Sets or Mattress only" and notification of cancelation. Credit Cart has never been charged.
If customer was not notified about order cancelation, how did he know that "Apparently the item could only be purchased with other specified items."
What's the reason for above false review???
According to your previous reviews, you continue to make mistakes and continue to blame on sellers. Why do not you go to college to learn how to place an order online properly???”

Customer placed an order, but unfortunately it was damaged by Nationwide Delivery Company (Road Runner Transportation). Such errors are rare, but unfortunately do occur from time to time. Unfortunately shipping and delivery process is not under our control.
Customer did not want to get replacement and cancelled the order.
Full refund was issued immediately.
What’s the reason for so angry negative review???”
reply posted Jul-10-2012 “We sincerely apologize for this situation. We understand your frustration and try our best to have the manufacturer pick up wrong item as soon as possible. This item was shipped directly from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, the manufacturer made a mistake. Such errors are rare, but unfortunately do occur from time to time. The only we can do in this situation is to push the manufacturer to pick up wrong item ASAP. Again, we sincerely apologize for this delay and will follow up closely on the status of the replacement item.”

Customer received his order (Bed) with the slightly damaged (scratched) bed rails.
Customer assembled the bed and used it for several weeks.
We offered to replace damaged rails, but customer refused it, stating that he can live with it. On the same time he started to demand 10% discount for the next purchase. His demand was refused.
Above review is a result of our refusal.”

•Order can be cancelled anytime before it ships, for a full refund.
•Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
•If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where roundtrip shipping costs and 15% Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund.
This policy is a STANDARD POLICY for all Internet Stores.
Customer signed and agreed with this policy.

"I was very HAPPY with my experience with Home Furniture Mart. The people are so professional and helpful. I have to admit I was a little leery about ordering such a large piece on line especially since it had to be shipped from California to Illinois.... I have to say I just LOVE my furniture, it is so beautiful and adds so much to my family room that makes me want to buy all new stuff. Thank you for taking such care in packaging my piece, it came in perfect condition. I would give you 10 stars if I could. Lockport, IL"
