Purchased a CPU for a project at work. My order shipped in 3 days, and received my order 5 days later. When opened, I found that I was sent an incorrect CPU. I have contacted HCDI 3 times in the past week to see about an exchange or resolution, with no response. I will not be ordering the additional supplies I would have needed from HCDI.

I ordered a laptop from HCDI trading about 2 weeks ago. I have yet to receive my computer. On the website it say about 4-5 days to ship, but they don't even know the date that it will ship.

Very pleased! Bought refurbished laptop. Everything works great! Very good condition, only one minor scratch. Order took a little longer to ship than I expected, but that wasn't an issue for me.  
 
The warranty was clearly spelled out on the Web site and easy to understand compared with other sellers'--one reason I chose HCDI. (As we all know now, if you don't understand it, don't buy it!)

I bought a refurbished Dell Optiplex 280 2.8ghz. I recieved the pc very quickly, within a week including a weekend. The pc looks and runs great. I was kinda worried about buying a computer over the internet but HCDI is great!! A++++

I purchased a refurbished Dell Optiplex GX270 tower from hcdi. The merchandice was delivered on time, was well packaged and works great. The price was very competative. My experience with this company has been a good one and I would recomend them.

Ordered a used P4 Dell 2.4ghz. Received the PC promptly. Mouse was broken in shipment and wrong re-installation CD shipped. They shipped a replacement mouse and the correct re-installation CD, again promptly. The true test of any business is how they handle problems....Hcditrading is A+.

After no contact or merchandise for 2 weeks I contacted company 3 times by phone and email and was unable to get status of my order. I cancelled my order and was instantly issued a refund.
