"This company is a complete rip off... DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM....... Purchased a bracelet for $180.00, when we recieved it, it was nothing like what was pictured or described. Found the same cheap imitation bracelet elswhere for $5.00. We have been trying to contact the company and Deal Chicken for over 20 days now and no-one will return our calls or emails. Called the number yesterday and it's been disconnected. Beware of these crooks!!!!!"

"I am very disappointed with this online store. I purchased a 7" Aniol Paladin Tablet via a 3rd party (all taxes, etc. included). When it arrived at my door I was charged an extra $20 for shipping to Canada. I loved my device, however, within less than a month, the screen froze. I was advised by GreatBuyOnlineStores that due to purchasing through a 3rd party there was no warranty offered. Bottom line: I paid around $200 for a product that cannot be used."
"One of the best stores I've ever experienced. According to some research before I ever purchased is that Great Buy Online haven't been long in online business but I did purchase in. There was a delay and I must assume as an expert in a fulfillment warehouse fro online stores that they might had problems in sorting out there sectors ect... Finally I did get my item and was absolutely satisfied with it. I knew as well that they are right now in fact partnered with 2 huge warehouses one in USA and the second in UK so there dispatches are getting efficient and fast ! I would recommend , they are expanding and always climbing up the lader.That's just my opinion , and I am sure different customers would be upset depending on there experience ."
"Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever been part of. Ferra the customer service supersvisor is in need of some serious training as he is rude and just refuses to return calls or e-mails. 2 of his c/service resps have suggested His job is in jeopardy and I can now understand why. Ordered my goods in July, stiull not received and called / e-mailed weekly and NO response or resolution. "
"I would proceed with caution. Terrible customer service, I ordered an android tablet, it took forever to arrive, then it came in the wrong colour and in Japanese, not English. They told me the software to change it to English was on its way, I never did get that. Then I got a bill from Fed-Ex for customs fees, which no one else who bought the deal got! The deal stated all shipping and taxes were included, nowhere did it state anything about customs fees. I have tried to get a manager to get at least the customs fee $$ back, no one responds to emails, no one answers the phone #. One girl said she'd help, i told her the details, and never heard from her again! I am going to take this to the media, i think, but will try one more time to contact a manager. I would not recommend buying from this outfit at all."
"I would not really recommend purchasing off this site, or at least through one of the one day deal seats where the product is from greatbuyonlinestore.com. They take days to respond via email regarding order status,and asked me about 3 times for my order number even though I was responding via the original email thread. obviously not reading the previous emails. Their last response confirmed the product would arrive no later than Monday, which didn't happen. Also that email was very blunt, had no welcoming sentence (Hi there) etc, just jumped straight into the reply with no formatting, spell check or professional way to sign off the reply. Like they got sick of emailing. I work in a call centre, so customer service is what I do too, I know how it gets but really, this is what customer service is all about. They need to read this."

"Ordered through a deal site one of there deals. It was stated that it will take 3-5 weeks for delivery on a deal because they expect sales volume. Ordered , waited , contacted them and they did respond promptly , and I did receive it approaching the 5th week which is fine. Product was great , and they do always have some new products that launch with reputable companies in which everybody trust , so yes I would buy from them but rather buy direct because its faster delivery and sometimes they give 20% discount for repeat & new customers which I take advantage of.Hoping they launch a loyalty program for there repeat customers though.Overall , I am satisfied and recommend."
