"I contacted Funky Pink Monkey Canvas Prints after purchasing a Group On voucher. At first they provided good customer service as they customised my order for an additional fee.However as soon as the payment was made that was the last I heard from Funky Pink Monkey Canvas Prints.I made numerous attempts to contact them through email, contact forms and leaving answer phone messages, but they clearly choose to ignore my messages and decided to take my money and run.I complained to Group On and they assured me that they had been in contact with Funky Pink Monkey Canvas Prints and that it was being sorted - guess what? still heard nothing.After seven months and around 30 emails later Group On finally refunded me - but I was unable to get the additional fees I paid Funky Pink Monkey Canvas Prints.I would advise anyone to stay clear of this company.If you have already been ripped off by this company then I urge you to contact Training Standards in order to build a better case to help prosecute Funky Pink Monkey Canvas Prints."
"I made an order for three canvases on October 13th they were promised to be sent 2 days later. After numerous promises which was intact probably lies I finally received the canvases over 1 month later. I was promised a full refund and the canvases so for free essentially due to the large delay. When I received them I pursued the refund only because the quality of the mosaic canvases I ordered were very poor. The smaller images were of poor resolution which made the image essentially a big blur. When I asked for a refund funky pink monkey canvases were rude and finally after stating that we would involve trading standards etc he eventually gave the refund. He asked for the canvases back which he had previously said we could keep, I asked for the money to cover sending the canvases back as i do not see why it should cost me. funky oink monkey canvases stated I now had his property he threatened that he would be consulting with a solicitor. Funky pink monkey canvases have appalling customer service, appalling service skills, lies and if you do receive your product it is likely to be of a very poor standard. I would not recommend using them unless you want to be treated with no respect, be lied to and be threatened. Be warned."
"I have ordered my canvas, payment was happily taken & since no response from email or phone calls.I have today emailed and copied in trading standards who are happy to take my enquiry on.If you do not want to sell what you advertise please do not take peoples money!!Terrible service & terrible communication, an email I did receive had appalling spelling & grammar, showing the lack of professionalism.If i receive my goods and an explanation as to the unsatisfactory level of customer service I will happily write another review to say I have now received my goods, until then I will tell everyone what a joke of a company this truly is.Please do not send money to this company, you are better off donating to charity as the good feeling you will get will be better than ignored emails and no product at the end of it all."
"DO NOT USE!!! Goods never received. Very quick to reply when taking money but never replied when queried where goods were. Being reimbursed by card provider. DO NOT USE!!"

"Ordered a picture 30 Nov 11 nothing recd. Called in January apparantly 50 pictures were returned in the post and mine was one of them. Said they would post in 2 days nothing recd. No one answers the phone or replies to emails. Finally got through via email early Feb got told again it would be posted in 2 days. Dont think the picture will arrive and now too late to claim from paypal. so annoyed . DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. They dont deserve any stars. I dont normally rate things but think people need to be warned about this company"
"Order placed 12/01/12 - date today is 13/02/12. As per previous review I have emailed countless times and left messages on the mobile contact number but no canvas received yet!!! Had to pay an extra £6.95 for delivery to my house and that went through no problem! Do NOT use this company - you cannot speak to them, they do not respond to messages or voicemails and I don't think i will see my money again!! A real pity as it is for a present.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!"
"Order placed 30/9 - as of 27/10 I still havnt received my order...Firstly there were problems ordering, the website wouldnt accept my order.After placing order (by email ) I tried ringing the telephone number several times & left several voicemails asking for a callback - that didnt happen !I sent several emails -I was then promised that my order was being despatched in 2 days time..Guess what ? No sign of print..Apparently its been lost in the post, even after paying for a "signed for deliveryThe people running this "business" are a joke - they dont have a clue !!Take my advice, dont shop with these guys."
