"Forgetful experience. Started with the guy taking order. Details taken were incorrect. Took me 2 days to follow up and correct them. Shipping was delayed, took 10 days to reach me. After all this, the 8 hr battery that I had ordered separate and paid for it, did not reach me. Took me follow up calls to have them ship it to me. I pay for something, get an assurance that it would reach me and then when the package is delivered, it is not there. How horrible.
