It was held up at the border due to a labelling error and they waited 5 or 6 weeks before shipping a second package out. I received the product on the 7th week. I am missing the 2nd most expensive item that I ordered (it's also the smallest - the 64 GB SDHC card). I also had an extra battery and charger. They ignored the extra battery and informed me that they will be shipping me out two 32 GB SDHC cards. "For all the trouble that I'd start, looking through the myriad vendors on the east coast that ship import cameras and equipment, Fumfie was a breath of fresh air!
Fumfie is the first vendor that (a) beat the best price listed on the website without me asking, (b) offered peripheral equipment that makes sense (like a long-life battery) at unbeatable cost and (c) provided amazingly quick and responsive customer service.
