Ordered my Nikon D5000 DSLR camera what a price exerlent service after the sale and fast shipping responce time will be going back looking for accesories

Fumfie offered a great price in the d5000 camera so i completed the order online. The next day I received a phone call to confirm my order and to ask if a want to order additional accessories like batteries and i declined. The sales person then told me I was required to pay $50 to insure the order. AT NO POINT DID THE WEB SITE INDICATE THIS CHARGE.  
 
Yes i want the camera to arrive safely and if that $50 is really necessary to guarantee a safe arrival then i would question their packing ability. I order lots of thing online but have never had an experience quite like this one. What a rip!

I placed an online order on 11-4-09.  
When I didn't receive an email confirmation, I sent them an email. They responded that I had to call to confirm my order. Their reason "reduce fraud". What they really wanted to do was pressure me into purchasing accessories and warranties that I didn't want.  
 
When I asked about my total cost, it was $20 higher than what I saw on-line. I was informed this was for UPS shipping insurance.  
 
After an argument w/ "Mike" the manager, I was told he could wave the insurance but claims that insurance requirement is clearly stated on their website. (I don't remember seeing that...)  
 
It is now 11-11-09, 7 days after the initial order. I called to get tracking information and was told my camera hadn't shipped yet and that they were within their "7-10 days" to get me the camera. I got to speak w/ Mike again who claims my camera will be here tomorrow.  
 
We'll see...  
 
I will never buy from them again!

After submitting this review, I got a phone call stating that they charged my credit card for the full $523 amount and that there would be a check in w/ my camera and that "it would be inconvenient for them" to issue the refund for the insurance.  
 
I canceled the order!

I had a problem with a missing battery charger from a previous order, when I called their customer service department they were quick to apologize for the problem and shipped out the missing item right away. I think how a company responds when there is a problem is a key part of good customer service, I was impressed with these folks. Greg

I received my order in time with no problems,in the box came a web page address to fill a survey, i filled and call fumfie to let them know,and they agreed to send me a tripod for my camera.In the meantime i saw a drop in price in the camera for that week,and i just received the tripod and a UV filter.Thanks,Fumfie you have a very happy customer.

I recently purchased a Canon HD camcorder and an accessory pack from Fumfie.  
 
The price was the best I could find on the internet and delivery of  
the order was days quicker than expected. Customer support was  
exceptional. I was not pleased with the quality of some of the  
accessory items and the customer service rep replaced them with  
upgraded items at no cost and let me keep the replaced items. Shipping  
of these items was just as quick as the original shipment.

I orderred my new SLR Cannon EOS REBEL XS on wednesday and i received it on friday, i am so happy with my purchase it looks actually the same on the online features and it comes in a great price, it works perfectly as i try using it, aside from the great product on great price, shipping is pretty fast, and excellent customer service, will cntinue visit this site for future purchases.

I was hesitant about buying from Fumfie.com at first because I saw a few negative comments and I had never used them in the past. But after checking them out, I decided to try them. (they had the lowest price by far) And I have to say I am glad I did. Not only did I get a GREAT price on a new HD camcorder, but they were also very fast. They sent exactly what they promised. Keep in mind, they will call to verify your order, but I don't blame them for doing that on large credit card charges like that. I am a happy customer and would recommend them. -William

I purchased a Canon HFS100 camcorder and some accessories. The price was by far the lowest I could find on the web. Steve was very helpful, and the order shipped the same day -- I received it in three days. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and I am very pleased both with fumfie's prices and their service. I absolutely would order from them again.

I was hesitant about ordering from yhis site I knew nothing about. However I bought a cannon vixia hfs10 camcorder because the price was the lowest.Glad I did, sales rep (steve ) was great, very courteos and knowledgable.Will recommend site to everyone I know. Hats off to u guys.
