"HORRIBLE experience! I thought "Oh, great, a company that's local to the Midwest." Boy was I wrong. Customer service is in India, and they don't understand a thing that you say. Talking to anyone in the States is nearly impossible. NEVER again, will I order through FTD. They didn't deliver the order on Valentine's Day, and it took more than an hour for customer service to change the order and replace it on the phone."
