"DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!! I ordered a dress online and it didn't fit so I returned it. I had to pay to return it (no biggy about 4$) but then I come to find out they only refund you for the cost of the item!! Not the 12$ in shipping or the shipping tax or the sales tax. So now I'm out 20$ just because of the VERY poor customer service (except for the fact that while giving me my bad news the were very nice on the phone). Seriously can not believe they can keep this going. Horrible business model. I've never paid so much in shipping costs for anything, ever. Let alone not have it returned one the item was returned. Ridiculous."

"Please DO NOT shop from them. I fulled myself only once. They promoted free shipping at the time being. In order to get the free shipping , you had to type in FREESHIP as a promo code. Unfortunately, every time I tried to apply the promo code to my order, it was blocking the application. I contacted the costumer service to fix the problem. They told me that they are very sorry, but since I did not typed in the promo code FREESHIP, they can not free ship the order. Really! This is call a SPAM. Please save yourself troubles and don't waste money on them"

"I trust this site a lot I buy often from their in the flesh stores and from online.While its true some of the clothes from there are made cheaply, you get what you pay for as most of their clothing is very inexpensive.Besides, I'm a customer who is still growing anyway and would rather have inexpensive things I can replace than expensive things that are staple items or whatever.Thats not to say all of their items are cheap, I have had many items from there that have lasted years.I've never had a problem with shipping, although the return policy is a little annoying (return or exchange only regular priced items, no sale items, and only return for store credit.All in all this store is pretty trustworthy, just be weary of cheap looking items."
"I am FOREVER disappointed in Forever 21! I was looking forward to my package which states delivered yesterday by USPS which I did not get. I call Customer Service around 10:15 AM EST where I was treated very rudely by a representative name BETTY (Beatrice).... I explained the situation where all she did was bluntly ask, "What do you want me to do?" I'm sorry are you not Customer Service for a reason!? I then stated I wanted a reshipment of my merchandise or a refund. She then replied with we have to wait for them to attempt delivery... UMM. My package says DELIVERED meaning they have already completed delivery so they have already "attempted" this.... She refused to give me a Supervisor and stated she was the only one working.... ??? Not believing this for one second I asked what company in their right mind lets only ONE person work on a Holiday weekend when you are having all of these big sales which will be a call driver!? I had to ask for a Supervisor several times before she even attempted to get me one. She came back on the line several times acting very rude, she was not helpful, she made the entire situation worse, and scoffed at me.. Yes, scoffed so loud several times! Is it Forever 21's policy to scoff at your customers and state I don't know what to do for you or I don't know what else to tell you, or patronize your customers!? I am LIVID at how I was treated. FINALLY I received a Supervisor who had the same tone as soon as she got on the line and went right into I needed to wait 2-3 weeks for a claim to be done... I'm sorry, it's acceptable to keep my money and me not have my package for 2-3 weeks!? I do not think so. I was very rudely apologized to several times so it wasn't even sincere so why apologize at all!? I was more frustrated after my call than before... If your "Supervisor" can't do anything more than a regular Agent what is the point in them being a Supervisor!? It was Cynthia's job as a Sup to help the situation and not make it worse which she done!! When I asked for Corporate's number she gladly gave it to me. I will NOT shop with Forever 21 EVER again! I advised this to her as well as disputing the charge and plastering my experience all over Social Media and this did not bother her at all!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I am currently waiting contact from Corporate so please forward my information along so I can get this resolved and these "Customer Service" representatives be held accountable for their actions."
"The main reason why I'm writing this is because of how they handled a stolen package, but first off I want to write about the first time I ordered. I ordered once from them last year, it was all very smooth and went from Los Angeles to San Francisco in 5 days. I was satisfied. However I ordered from them on 08-09-14, shipped the same day. It went from UPS to USPS for actual delivery and this is where things started to go wrong. I came home on 08-14-14 around 3 P.M to find that the USPS tracking said "Delivered at 10:30 P.M" Uh, what? There was no package in my mailbox, or anywhere around my house. It had just been stolen. I contacted both USPS and Forever 21. Their answer? Once it says delivered, it is the customer's fault for anything that happens to it afterwards. Needless to say I ordered MYSELF a replacement on a SATURDAY , only to find that on a SUNDAY the "stolen" package appeared mysteriously on my doorstep. Obviously no carriers deliver on Sunday so I'm not entirely sure what happened. The only thing I know is that I've got to return one package now out of my own money just because they would take NO responsibility for shippers who do not care about stolen things. The box was also somewhat beaten up on one side but everything else was packaged how it was supposed to. Also I ordered from a Gift Card that I don't have anymore so I would not be surprised if they pull some sh*t like no refunds on it."

PLACED AN ORDER OVER $100 AND THEIR WEBSITE SWITCHED SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESSES THIS IS WHAT THE REP TOLD ME AND WHEN I CALLED TO TELL THEM I NEVER RECIEVED THE PACKAGE AS IT WENT TO MY BILLING ADDRESS WHICH I MOVED FROM THEY BASICALLY TOLD ME I WAS SHIT OUT OF LUCK AND THEY WOULD NEITHER REFUND ME NOR SEND ME MY ITEMS TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALL I MANAGED TO ACCOMPLISH WITH FOREVER 21 IS LOSING OVER $100. "
"The Arcadia store does not answer the phone. The Montclair store slammed the phone door and tells me they can't hear me. They sell too small of shoes. They are marked wrong. This is why their prices are cheap!"

"DO NOT GO TO FOREVER 21Lets start with the environment, it is absolutely the most disgusting store I have been in, I have been to cleaner stores in Tijuana! The carpets remind me of a seedy pay by the hour hotel as does the walls, counters, etc.... The dressing rooms alone do not give you that "Please let me take my clothes off and try on these awesome jeans" feel; you do however get a " I may raped, mugged or something else that would inflict much bodily harm" feel!The staff are great and they are not to blame for any of this companies problems, although FOREVER 21 you may want to actually listen to your employees because I for one know that they feel the same way!With that being said lets move on to why I decided to write this; the absolutely atrocious policy this store attempts to inflict on its "Customers"! I have never ever been to an establishment other than an music store that tells its customers they have 21 days to return or exchange the item, I am guessing someone in their meager policy/marketing department must have thought that was cute. But then to tell your customers that even if returned in that 21 day time frame they will receive store credit and not a cash refund. Excuse me but with the sub par clothing and prices that should be a crime why in the world would I want a store credit to buy more junk? Probably to ensure that they have very little on their P/L sheets every quarter!I decided to take my wife bikini shopping, she found a cute one, it was the last one, so to ensure she got it we decided to buy it and if she found something better we would return it. Well after a couple more stores and couple more bikini purchases she decided that it really wasn't all that flattering and decided to take it back. This is where we were told that we could have a store credit but not a refund! After advising them that I had been in there not more the 20 minutes prior and purchased it in cash I decided it was quite pointless as the "manager" could not be found and the store associates were not in a position to change this lackluster policy, I decided to write this post and take my business elsewhere.If you decided to shop at this store please remember for this company they operate off of Caveat emptor!"
"Clothes are made cheaply from China, not that anything is wrong with China- but the clothes are of such low quality. Most of them end up fading fast and shrinking in the laundry. A $20 shirt that lasts only a couple weeks is not worth it."
"Worst customer service ever experienced. Tried placing very large order online. Cart kept emptying spontaneously. Tried to re-place order another two times with same experience. Called them to alert them of their website issue. Representative was curt and rude and blamed it on my computer. So I went to another online store and placed my huge order without any trouble. Went back to Forever 21 to place order for a couple items that I couldn't get at the other store. Same problem. Finally was able to keep items in cart and I quickly clicked "submit" lest my cart empty on me again! Didn't have time to review order. Then site said it couldn't ship to my address. This time, contacted customer service via live chat. Rep told me not to use a PO box. I told rep I didn't have a PO box. Rep repeated instruction to not use PO box. I repeated response, "Don't have a PO box." Rep told me I should read the shipping instructions online -- that they do not ship to HI or AK. I indicated I reside in neither of those states. I ended chat quite dissatisfied. Went back to try to resubmit, and cart was empty AGAIN!!!! So I re-placed order (6th time) and again hit "submit" quickly lest it disappear. This time it accepted my order and my address. However, in my haste, I ordered one item twice and ordered the wrong size for another item. Called customer service to see if they would consider a return with free postage since I felt my error wouldn't have occurred if I wasn't forced to act quickly. Of course the rep very coldly responded that I couldn't. Thank you, Forever 21!! Oh, and they also marked "FINAL SALE" on all my purchases, and the packing slip clearly indicated that no returns would be accepted for final sales. They are truly a piece of work!"
"What free positive advertising the employee of Forever 21 could have had if she had trusted me and assisted me when I arrived with a gift which was too small for my excited 10-yr-old from a loving aunt who had ordered it online, wrapped it beautifully, and then mailed it to another state. Instead we were treated with suspicion, as though all I wanted was cash back. Then I was re-informed that I'd only 21 days to take care of the matter about the missing receipt, if I wanted to a fair exchange. The employee could have shown some respect and assistance by suggested that I text the aunt to see if she could go on- line to find and copy the receipt for the ordered item, thereby attaching it to a text to me.We'd arrived eager to buy a lovely Forever 21 item. We left disheartened and worse, very discouraged about whether we wanted to deal with anyone at Forever 21-- ever again. A little courtesy could have covered a lot of miles and reached many potential new customers--for free, just like negative advertising. "
"I have never had any problems ordering online. I have ordered close to 10 times and everything gets shipped to me rather quickly. A couple times my order came the next day, I was quite pleased!"
