"I've ordered two eyeglasses to be delivered at The Helmsley Park Lane Hotel, in New York City.
I did the order on the 22nd of may and I payed an extra money to have a faster deliverance (two days, I guess), because my friends should've stayed at the hotel till the 1st of june.
So, I did the order on time and with no risc of late deliverance.
But what happened was that you only sent the package 9 days after the order and when it did arrive at the hotel (31st of may, friday night) the hotel mail office closed for part of the weekend and didn't give it to my friends.
Result: I payed for the eyeglasses but I didn't get them.
I am very disapointed."
