"I've ordered two eyeglasses to be delivered at The Helmsley Park Lane Hotel, in New York City.
I did the order on the 22nd of may and I payed an extra money to have a faster deliverance (two days, I guess), because my friends should've stayed at the hotel till the 1st of june.
So, I did the order on time and with no risc of late deliverance.
But what happened was that you only sent the package 9 days after the order and when it did arrive at the hotel (31st of may, friday night) the hotel mail office closed for part of the weekend and didn't give it to my friends.
Result: I payed for the eyeglasses but I didn't get them.
I am very disapointed."

"I'm dissatisfied with their customer service. It's been nearly 3 weeks since I emailed a question about what to do with my expensive ($245) black frames that have the coating peeling off.

There's no answer from customer service, so I'm pretty much stuck with using Sharpie black pens to cover up the silver-colored base metal.

Followup: Eyeglasses.com did not send me an email 'within one day'. I always check my junk mail and spam filter reports, by the way..."

"I searched to exhaustion to find a lab that would do rimless glasses in a +450. Then I found eyeglasses.com. They had the lab and the expertise to do the job and do the job right!! They were wonderful. Very knowledgeable, competitively priced and delivered on each of their promises. I would highly recommend them to anyone."

"Got then with 2 weeks.and I was informed before I ordered that it could take 1-2 weeks just to get the frame from the distributor (I ordered a pair of glasses from a different site and waiting a month for them to even process my order before I could order my frame). Shipping took 3 days! Love my new glasses and I couldn't be happier with the transaction. "

"Was very skeptical before buying the glasses. Got a beautiful Ted Baker Patriot frane with prescription lenses and saved 160$ just because I ordered online. I ordered on Monday and got the glasses in three days, on Thursday. (I live in Boston). Highly recommended!"
