"I ordered a Netgear MA521 Wireless PCMCIA card from Expansys on Sunday. I received an email on Monday saying there was a problem with my credit card. I contacted them and a service rep took care of the problem anbd shipped the product that day. I received it today, Tuesday, as ordered at a great price. I would gladly do business with them again.

"I ordered the bluetooth GPS like several people below. I think Expansys was prompt about replacing the wrong model with the right model, offered a fair price for the replacement, and followed up very well in replacing the GPS with shipping at their expense and making sure we were only charged the correct amount. I am satisfied with my purchase and would buy from them again."

"I ordered a Palm OS Upgrade CD. The first shipment I received was the correct CD case with the wrong CD inside (the CD has been discontinued by Palm so I'm not terribly surprised that some of the CDs available are incorrect). I alerted expansys to the problem and they shipped a (correct) replacement second day air."

"I ordered a nokia bluetooth wireless headset for my mobile. I received what I ordered within 7 days. I am happy with my purchase. I was hesitant on ordering from this company because of comments I read but I gave them a chance and I was not disappointed. "

"I have recently purchased a Jabra JX10 bluetooth headset from Expansys.com. Although the item came with a manufacturer defect Expansys was very helpful and fast in responding and issuing RMA return number. It's understandable they cannot open every outgoing package and check for such defects. In any case I have placed another order for this great headset on Expansys.com.

As they received my RMA'ed package on next day they issued a refund to my credit card for the first order although on their site it says it can take up to 30 days.

Bottom line
-Great service
-Fast response
-Fast shipping time
-Good prices
-will buy from them again"

"I've made several purchases from expansys-usa.com, now mobileplanet.com. They tend to have the lowest price or near it, and I've never had to worry about dealing with shady fly-by-night operations.

Comments about inventory level mentioned in other comments are somewhat accurate, however. They list their expected date for receiving new shipments when their stock is empty, which may or may not be a good estimate. Moreover, they have warehouses in many countries, some of which take longer to transfer items than their web site estimates. For example, I'm currently waiting on a phone from the French warehouse which has an estimated wate of three days on the web site, but in talking with them on the phone, they said it usually takes a week. I previously ordered something that had to come from the UK warehouse which was transferred much more quickly, although was delayed because they wanted to ensure that I knew it would not work in the U.S. (the delay was a bit annoying, but understandable). On the subject of phone assistance, I've found them to be quite responsive with relatively shorter wait times than I've grown accustomed to (usually only a few minutes from dialing to reaching somebody). The people on the other end themselves tend to be quite amicable.

The company seems to be quite open with general problems in merchandise and delays, posting updates in the site's forums section when issues arise. They generally make it clear where a product is originally from, although given the markets, I tend to assume most phones are an EU or UK version unless otherwise noted given the fact that they aren't usually released here."

"Ordered the Logitech Harmony One universal remote.
They call me saying that the remote is soon discontinued and it will take 3 weeks to deliver it. I checked with Logitech who confirms this.
10 days later, I got it by FedEx! A brand new clean remote.

However I mail them: the package comes from HK and they forgot to slip the plug-adapter into the envelop.
The next day another FedEx with the plug is delivered for free!

"Like the other times (4) I ordered and did business with Expansys, everything went right. I live in Canada and they always ship from USA within 48 hours.
Nothing to complain about. Even for exchanging a phone with 1 missing pixel on the screen, I had no problems at all. Thank you!"

"I ordered a htc hd2 and they shipped it almost immediately. The phone came well packaged and in great condition. I am overall happy. I had no issues whatsoever."
